I bought a ATR wire harness, and without any electrical knowledge or knowledge, they got me going. The videos they provide on the website are a tremendous help. I had to call a few times b/c I'm an idiot, they were patient and helped me get it going! Thank guys!!!!

UPDATE! I decided to make a color change and The Ruck Shop was right there on the things I needed to do it, I also got my wife a Ruck and again these dude know there stuff when I ran into issues. FAST shipping feels like I'm a Prime member, just better stuff than Prime.

I've now purchased about 90% of all my Ruckus parts from these guys. Always have awesome and competitive pricing & super fast shipping! Awesome customer service! Had an issue with some wiring the other day so I sent them an e-mail with pic attached. Got a response a few hours later which helped me clear up my issue. Thanks TRS!

I live in Anchorage Alaska and we have no such place like The Ruck Shop up here. Best we have is unknowledgeable staff at the Honda dealer. I emailed The Ruck Shop staff because I had a question about where a hose went for my 2005 Honda Metropolitan. It was the best move I made. They responded with a quickness each time I emailed back with another question. It was a great experience and I can't say enough how badass this staff is and patient they were answering my silly questions. This place is excellent , I’ve mail ordered parts for 2 Honda ruckus to Canada, and everything was bang on! They even helped with support many times by email , especially with wiring issues. They even emailed me help on the weekend ! Other shops could learn from their example. And that’s why I’ve ordered from them multiple times.

This place is undeniable. I bought a few parts during my husky 'hot chocolate' build. Out of all the different shops, TRS is top shelf #1 supplier. I needed help and guidance, they treated me like I've been a customer for 10 years. BEST customer service, shipping, and pricing. TRS is my go to spot and everyone else in the world should follow as soon as possible.
