The only problem that I find is that you have to drive into the plaza to see what type of the stores and services are offered except, of course, the Exxon Gas Station that has their sign close to the street with the gas prices. Unless you live in the area, you most likely know what business is in the plaza. There is a disadvantage for the other businesses that are probably paying a high rent and are not exposed to the heavy traffic of potential customers driving on that main street.
