Order 2 bracelets online. Several days after ordering, I received an email stating that on of the bracelets I have ordered was out of stock and would I like to replace it with another item on their website of the same value. I responded to their email asking if they would be able to order more of the bracelet that was currently out of stock. If not, I would just like a refund. After 2 days of not hearing back, I left them a comment on their FB page asking them to please respond to my emails. They quickly responded to that comment (because it was public on FB) that they would gladly message me back. Fast forward several hrs and still nothing. I went back to their FB page and left another comment. After that someone from the store FB messaged me stating that they weren't receiving my emails. I responded
to their message with exactly what I had written in my email. They responded that they couldn't get anymore bracelets and that they would send me a refund. 2 days pass and STILL no refund. I message the owner/employee again asking for my refund. It's been 3 days since I sent the last message and the owner/employee has completely ignored my message (won't even open or read it). I left another comment on their FB page, and STILL nothing. I have now opened a dispute with PayPal to get my refund. Please be aware that once this company has your money, that will not refund you under any circumstances. If you feel the need to buy from them (I would advise otherwise), please pay with PayPal so you are covered in the event something with your order goes wrong.

I understand things get hectic this time of year. However, your company has plenty of time to post merchandise/sale ads on your FB page, but doesn't have time to respond to certain FB comments (other people comment's got responses) and messages!? It's just bad business practices to ignore customers.

Order placed March 6, 2020. First, all returns are only credited to your account, but if it is on sale, the sale is FINAL. That is an unknown when you order from them. Everything was 30% off. I ordered a large top. By their size chart it should have been fine. This was a tunic, so when I got it, the bust width was 56 inches and the arms were tight, 9 inches around of stretchy fabric which was too tight for my arms which are on the smaller size, 11-1/2 inches around. This top is going to Good Will, what other option do I have? Money thrown away! I am adding this 2 days later: Too bad I was not told of any other options when I called! Customer service IS everything!

Visited Simply Dixie today with my daughter. She has shopped here two days in a row and had to make some tough decisions ? because she found soooo many cute things! We think they have the BEST selection of clothes right now that they’ve ever had! The owner is so nice and pleasant and helps so much but at the same time doesn’t hover over you.
Great place to shop!

This was one of the very worst online shopping experiences I've ever had! They shipped me three PIKO tank tops in a size small (with an invoice for a customer in TX), but my order was a size large leopard (dressy) tunic. When I called to let them know, the manager acted as if I was a criminal. I requested for her to ship me the correct shirt, but she said she couldn't until a tracking # was showing I mailed the tanks back. It took her several days to provide me with the shipping label to return the tanks. I NEVER received the tunic I ordered, but weeks later I did receive a refund. The manager's customer service skills definitely could use some adjustments. I asked to speak to the owner because surely he/she doesn't know their manager reacts to customers in such a way. The manager said she was the contact for the store. NEEDLESS TO SAY, be cautious when purchasing online.

Ordered online got my order everything was too big so I sent it back and asked for smalls well they ended up just sending me a gift card for the amount I spent. Ok so I use the gift card plus 10$ and order my stuff on October 15th. Got an email saying order was successful and they would email when it shipped. Ok it’s now nov 9th. I have emailed them at least 7 times. Plus today I called their actual store. Still nothing. Never ever will I shop online here again or in the store.

Will not offer exchange or return. I bought during a sale which means all sales are final even though they still sell the product. Why offer a sale then? It wasn't clearance, just a sale with a promo code. What a waste of money. Customer service is not their strong point.
As far as the garment, they run big. Material is thinner than I expected and seems to constantly be wrinkled.
