Our experience today was amazing. There was no haggle. Kevin our salesman was great. He helped us pick out the perfect family truck the process was seamless if you’re looking for a car go to Taverna and ask for Kevin. The finance department was great. He explained everything to us. We were not in there long. They really took care of us. We walked away with the exact suv that we were looking for.

Kevin did a great job. He listened to our concerns and answered our questions. However, after the sale, Kevin was of almost no help. This seems more the policy of the dealer, not Kevin's desire to help.

There were major problems after the sale, and in very real way, I am now driving a death trap. Backdoors can not unlocked or opened at all, unless a switch is engaged, a switch that when engaged, causes an alarm that can drive people crazy.

The only way to drive the vehicle and also have the ability to open and close doors when stopped, is to listen to that constant alarm.

The vehicle was NOT this way during test drive, but they demanded I take the vehicle. They're 5 day or 250 mile warranty, will still cost the customer, or me, thousands of dollars to use. They don't mention that in the promise. They only mention it when a customer says they want to return the vehicle.

After the purchase, any calls into the dealership itself were disconnected after a message saying the person was not available. There was no message to call back, just that the person, which sometimes was the entire dealership itself, was not available.

I had to drive down personally to get things moving. Emails go to an AI to respond. For me, that AI pretended to be the person I emailed, until I questioned the response and it told me I had caught on, and it was an AI.

They offered me $500 to sign a nondisclosure, not allowing to speak of these problems. Since I'm speaking of them, you know I turned down that money.

If you buy a car here, expect great service from the 'people,' but expect the dealership's policies and autos to have severe problems. Assume the vehicle has every problem that's not noticed unlooked for. Then look! Look hard! So many things wrong under the hood, or any other place not in plain sight.

I recently purchased a 2019 Chevy Corvette from this dealership, and my experience has been incredibly disappointing. I live out of state and was in search for my dream car. Initially, I was assisted by a sales representative named Blake, who assured me that the car was in “excellent condition” with only a minor accident and no cosmetic damage. Unfortunately, this could not be further from the truth.

Upon delivery, I discovered that I received paperwork for a 2018 Corvette instead. The interior was in poor condition: it was dirty, stained, and reeked of cigarette smoke, with burns throughout the seats. The dashboard was ripped and showed signs of water damage, while the seats had multiple rips. The car has a tow hook underneath the vehicle. To top it off, the exterior photos I saw online featured a back wing that was not on the car I received.

I tried contacting customer service and was transferred several times, eventually speaking with a representative named Jazylnn. Despite providing her with photos and details about the car’s condition, I was promised reimbursement for damages and detailing, which has yet to materialize.

I didn’t expect to deal with so many issues after purchasing a vehicle. My attempts to reach Jazylnn went unanswered, and I later learned she no longer works there. This lack of communication and support is unacceptable.

If I had known the true condition of this vehicle beforehand, I would not have made the purchase. I urge potential customers to proceed with caution and thoroughly investigate any vehicle before buying. My experience has been frustrating and time-consuming, and I hope others can avoid similar issues.

Buyers be aware.
Just got a car delivered from The Taverna Collection.
Shawn the sales person should be ashamed of himself.
How can you even sale a car not detailed. Not serviced, tire busted. This is not all. I will posted more pictures of the vehicle condition.
Is this a real Dealership ?
Now trying to get a manager to call me back to fix the issues.
But it seems like no ones really cares.

Horrible experience!!! They say they are family there but think of the most dysfunctional family ever. Three different sales people I talked about the car and they all gave out three different prices and said they weren’t worried about the other guy who I talked to. Barbie is the worst ever she literally yelled at me on the phone and kept hanging up when I tried to find out why my vehicle they just sold me had a check engine light on. David was another one yelled at me and hung up when trying to get this issue resolved. Then Barbie switched and became all fake nice saying give us the best review ever and we will send you a check to cover the cost of the issue. Well to be able to get the check they try to make you sign a disclosure agreement saying I will not sue them later or say anything negative against the dealer. I would rather pay out of pocket and be able to let people know how bad these people actually are than to sign an agreement like that. Horrible horrible horrible people.

The vehicle they sold me also had a cracked tail light dents all over it especially bad one from the jeep doors, a small crack in the windshield. Again if you feel like getting cussed out by an incredibly rude person ask for Barbie.
