My grandsons have chosen things in the store a few times prior to today’s visit and have enjoyed shopping there. The time before this trip, we tried to shop, but the store was not open even after the time it was “closed for lunch.” We waited in the car, and after 15 minutes when the sign said they would reopen, still closed. Today we entered, nobody greeted us, didn’t see an employee or any other customers. My grandson couldn’t find anything he wanted today; so many “do not touch” signs on lighted vintage games. As we left, I noticed a man sitting at the computer…never a word spoken. We won’t be back, nor would I recommend this business to anyone.

Gift shop is amazing. Just about every toy is unique from other stores toy selection. Birthday Parties I don't really care for. It's not bad for kids 5 and under. But most families have a wide array of ages. Also we had about 10 to 12 kids and 4 adults and we had just enough seating in the kitchen area. It's rather small. But over all it was a fun experience and our son loved it. Thanks for having us.

Horrible experience. We went today and the sign said “at lunch back at 1”. so we waited and waited until about 1:30. they still had not opened their doors. We even saw an employee get out of their truck and go inside. I wanted to support a local business but they are not professional. another woman was waiting outside with us and told us this was her 3rd time trying to get inside the store but they never have their doors open during their business hours. very disappointing for not only us but our children.

Very disappointing. I just started going there not too long ago, i've bought a few items there. They are fine. Last week or so, I was in the store and was asking about when an item would be in stock, she told me she had boxes of them in the back, and to come back on Monday or Tuesday. I had my mom wake up at 4AM to get the car just to do it. We got there, closed. I called every 30 minutes for the whole day. She never opened the store on Monday. We only have 1 car, so we can't go where ever whenever. I was so disappointed I didn't even bother asking my mother to wake up at 4AM yet again, just to do that. She has such unreliable hours. I shouldn't have to call every single time I want to go there just to make sure you opened the store that day. I will swing by whenever you decide to open, get my item, then you've completely just lost my business. :/

After seeing the reviews of the store not properly being open, (as in saying they’ll be back at this time, then not ever coming back lol) & how rude the owner is, (personally harassing people on Facebook, like I’m sure he’ll do me), I will not be going here. And I’ve warned all my friends that it isn’t worth it either. Hey bud, how about hiring some help so you don’t have to close in the middle of the day? Yanno like all the other properly ran establishments in the area! Pitiful. Do better.
