I went in to try and get some information and to have the staff recommended some kind of pre workout product. The employee working made me feel stupid for wanting to buy a product and told me I should eat more food. Abysmal confusing behavior from the staff. He also told me I should do research online and he's just a dumb personal trainer. Horrible experience, I will take his advice to do my research online and just order everything from online retailers like I clearly should have done in the first place.

I had the absolute best customer service ever experience! I came in with about 8-10 questions looking for 6+ products I had little to zero knowledge about. James helped me find everything I needed and explained how they will help and what they help with. He was packed full of knowledge, patience, and kindness. All while being so understanding of my two year old son making things difficult as 2 year olds do. The location was very clean and organized! I’m deeply grateful for James time and help! Keep up the great work Vitamin Shoppe! I’ll be a proud recurring customer for sure!

I have shopped at this store location repeatedly and every time I have been welcomed and treated with respect. I always walk in with a challenging question or picture of something that I need and the consulates have consistently taken the extra time to research and look up my products. Even if the store does not carry the brand, they find a comparative or better alternative that fits my needs. I am a challenging client that questions and wants to know all the details. The internet is a great resource but lacks the personal knowledge of an experienced trainer or nutritionist. I have my quirks and at times think my nutritional facts are correct (when later- after learning more details- I admit I was wrong). I want to give a shout out to everyone who has helped me learn more about proper nutritional requirements and their patience with me during the process. It takes data backed up with solid evidence to change my mind and the consulates at the store are knowledgeable in their fields. As long as I live in the Melbourne area, this will be my store to get quality products and good advice.

It is impressive to read the amount of bad feedback that there is here. Yesterday Monday 6/23 I thought I was mistreated because of my ethnicity but I realize that all of my customers receive the same treatment. I went to this store because my holistic doctor recommended it to me to buy a treatment that I have to continue for 1 year for me and my family, i was happy because I did find everyone in this store when I went to pay I saw that the person in charge was in the payment center I did not realize he was talking on the phone, I wanted to ask him which terminal i had to pay for, he yelled at me horribly, telling me that he was talking on the phone and that I had to wait, followed by a contemptuous look, I needed the medicines so I simply decided to wait to pay and leave, Of course after paid 100 dollars he told “ have a good day, “
I am happy to know that next month I will be able to buy my supplements online in Amazon in advance because I am NOT RETURNING to this store in Melbourne Florida

It's hard to find exactly the supplements I take in big chain stores, so I make the drive from Palm Bay to here. I usually know what I need. The older gentleman who has helped me before is very pleasant.
As for the vibe, as I pick up on things very well, it felt as if I wasn't supposed to be there. Like, a couple of the younger guys working, they weren't rude but I sensed a dismissive stance.
I am a Cancer Survivor and having gone through that, I am a tiny woman. Now I don't care what others think, not one bit but I don't like the feeling of "you don't fit the type to be in here" kinda thing. All in all, I like this place and they have what I need.
