But what makes a good company great is how they handle situations when those uncontrollable things take place. I highly recommend The Wood Reserve! My custom two-tone hutch is absolutely amazing: I requested customization for a hole for a cord to be able to pass through and specific hutch width. I was shown a photo ahead of time of where the cord hole would be as well as details on what the hole would look like as it was slightly different than an image I had sent for an example. I wanted a quality piece of wood furniture and my expectations were exceeded. I also ordered a couple of walnut wood items as gifts: they were well-received. Ryan was great to work with; I would absolutely buy more in the future.

Just received my Lancaster 60" hutch, it is beautiful! It arrived on time and in perfect condition. I got the 'white glove' delivery & setup and the guys couldn't have been better. Received my hutch and absolutely loved it. Beautiful finish and perfect color. Was skeptical about ordering a piece of furniture online as I live in a rural area in the Midwest and the Wood Reserve is in Florida but had no problems. Arrived in perfect condition. Ryan was great to work with. Would not hesitate to order other pieces.

Ryan emailed me back and said the reason he'd not responded was two-fold--they are short staffed and my emails went into a spam/junk file. Completely understandable.

He refunded me $10, which he didn't have to do. It was a very gracious gesture. The pen is great quality. Thanks Ryan for getting back with me.

ORIGINAL POST:
The experience was fine. Waited a while for the pen, but that’s understandable because I ordered it 4 days before Christmas. The only criticism is this—do better in communicating with your customers. Hire a secretary/customer service worker that can answer emails (I sent two that never got responded to) and respond to Google reviews or Yelp. Not sure the reasoning for no phone number.

The pen is great. Using it in my office right now. Thanks!
