If you've been looking for a local watch repair, the search stops here! Thomas is wonderful. He recently sized my mom's gift watch and offered "an honor system" where she can bring it back and re-size if needed: "just tell me I sized it for her and I will re-size it for no additional cost". He is dependable, is there when his hours say he will be there and offers an incredibly warm welcome. Quality service, dependably, friendly and local. Wow - Thank you Thomas! I popped into Thomas Watch Repair thinking my Seiko watch was broken, meaning the stop watch was "not working properly". I was asking for assistance and possibly repair of the watch. I love this watch but don't wear it often. Thomas explained, very politely, that my watch was fine but I misunderstood how to use it correctly. He then explained the operational details to me in detail and sent me on my way, no charge. I am just overwhelmed by his honesty and professionalism. This level of customer support is virtually unheard of in this day and age. So, I highly recommend if you need and service or repairs to your watch please support this small local business. No, i don't work there, I am not family related, and no I am not being paid for this review. I'm just telling you the truth !

This place truly deserves a six star rating! He was incredibly helpful, especially when I had many questions about my watch. He took the time to explain everything patiently and fixed it for me, ensuring it was in perfect working order before I left. To top it off, they refused any payment for the service! It was a small but incredibly kind gesture. They even allowed me to bring my scooter inside while they worked on my watch. If you need your watch repaired, this is definitely the best place to go!

Thomas is wonderful! He has serviced my omega sea master for the last six years. Both changing batteries and helping me change bands, adding links and subtracting links. He’s a good man with a great business I drive all the way from San Ramon just to see him.
