As always, the employees from Thorsen-Norquist were polite, on time, and efficient. Gabe and Seth replaced my thermostat--Gabe was training Seth and did a fine job; I'm a retired teacher so I know a good one when I see one. Seth and I had a nice conversation while I was paying the bill. The next day, Paul came and quickly found the plumbing problem; he had it repaired very quickly, and I was able to go on with my day. I can highly recommend your business!

I've been a customer for 6 years - they are such a pleasure to work with! The entire staff from office to field is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Ruben just did the winter service for my unit and always does a great job. He also noticed that my carbon monoxide unit is in the wrong place and recommended where to move it. I always learn something valuable when he visits and appreciate that he is looking out for our safety and well being. Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience with Thorsen's Heating and Air. From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch. The technician, Irvin, was especially outstanding. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Irvin's attention to detail and dedication to making sure everything was working perfectly really stood out. It's rare to find such high-quality service these days, and I will definitely be using Thorsen's Heating and Air again in the future. Highly recommended!

I’ve been a customer of Thorenson’s for over 15 years. The service department has always been friendly as well as the technicians that perform the work. Today Seth came out to perform routine maintenance on my heater. Seth was extremely thoughtful, courteous, and sensitive to my home, pets, and performed his job quickly and effectively. He asked if I had any questions and explained his tests performed. Thank you Seth. Great job!!!

Great service. We have known Ruben for at least 20 years and it's always good to see him. Ruben and Seth were on time and made sure that our heater works perfectly.
We always feel confident that Thorsen's and Norquist will maintain our heater, air-conditioner, and water heater. Thanks for all the good service for the last 30 years or so.
