Do not like having to go there to pay water bills. Now have to park and walk across the parking lot. Go to the 3rd floor when, before all you have to do is go through and drop in the drop box. It's not good for older folks or disabled people. Thank you, Ollie, for making it harder on the old and disable folks like myself

They have a beautiful fountain near the entrance. They have a sandwich, portrait, Barbour shop, and more. It's very quiet.

I went there to deliver paperwork to a particular department. It's a well maintained building with a fountain outside @ front entrance and in the lobby. Very nice. Also the help I received from the Public Works staff was extremely helpful. .. .
