I like that three bears is growing enough to be in multiple cities I commute back-and-forth between Anchorage in the Valley and it’s a great stop to fuel up get a refresher. They have great discounts. The staff are very friendly, they’re fast and courteous too.

Very cool store. Husband and I visiting from Eastern US.. (hey Tam n Lar). Went to the Kenai (?) store 2x. We decided it is a combo of 3 stores in 1. The beef prices were not that bad either and I sooo wanted to bring back some tomahawks but didn't think about it enough to figure how to do it.. Or if I could. I SO WISH my area had one!

Workers in Dutch harbor store typically gethering near the cash register or coffee corner and laugh all day, while the goods are laid out for weeks, there are no price tags on the product for 2-3 months, very often the price tag very different from price in system and at the checkout, it is much more expensive, and they say don’t pay attention these are the old prices on the price tags...And if you trying to find something out it takes long time to fix it.

Chugiak 3 Bears is a great large well stocked store with lots of good stuff to peruse. Watch your wallet or you may end up spending more than you thought you would because you find more useful items for your house or camping trip.

Always a fun place to shop. They carry a very large selection of old fashioned melee weaponry from all over the world. It's my go to for zombie preparedness.

The manager of this store is a JERK! He yells at his female cashiers, right in front of customers. The guy is just rude! I was there with my wife and daughter, and there were only 3 people at 2 registers at the registers, and he started yelling in a rude manor at a young Asian woman for helping another cashier bag groceries? So unprofessional, I was going to say something but my wife no. However, as we left, my wife and 18 year old daughter were PISSED and didn't stop discussing the incident all the way home.

Come on 3 Bears, YOU can do BETTER!Try hiring QUALITY human beings for management that can at the very LEAST say PLEASE AND THANK YOU!

Overall we like the store, and enjoy shopping there. ALTHOUGH they should sell hotdogs like Costco! ?

I would describe them as a bulk convenience store. Most individual item prices are significantly higher than competitors, and their bulk items are cheaper than your average grocery store but much more expensive than Costco.
