Yes the clothes are cute and sometimes the material is really comfy, but the sizing is all wrong unless you are buying a large tee. The soft flare pants I ordered were see through, even on my roommate who is 5 sizes smaller than I am.
Recently I have been waiting on an order for three weeks and I haven't not had an email saying it has been processed or shipped-- which they say usually happens within 48 hours. This is not the first time this has happened. When I try to find a contact email or phone number on the website, there isn't one to be found. Really disappointed in this store since it has SO much potential.

Super cute stuff and wonderful to deal with! I had ordered a bodysuit and they didn’t have that one in stock any longer and didn’t know when the manufacturer would have more. They sent me an email asking if I wanted something else. I sent an email back and chose a similar item. It was shipped that same day along with the other items and arrived two days later. Great experience! I will definitely be shopping here again! 🙂

I ordered three items two weeks before my fiancées birthday to make sure that everything arrived in time to surprise her. Several items did not fit, and I requested a return. They denied the one bralette because it is an intimate item, and denied the other two pieces because it had been over 14 days. I have requested a special consideration given the circumstances, and have yet to receive a response. Please contact me before doing business with this company. So disappointed in my purchase with Three Birds Nest. Shipping took almost 3 weeks when the website states a faster ship time. Some of my items I received didn’t fit and I ordered my normal size. Also, some of the material was very thin and cheap looking. I contacted them for help to try to process a return and they have not emailed me back. It’s been weeks and now I’m stuck with clothes I’m not satisfied with. I’m very disappointed with their customer service and will never purchase from them again. They have officially lost a customer and all the people I originally recommended to them.

First off I ordered just a couple days ago and received a email for the purchase and then I emailed them back in regards to a item that I wanted to know if it would be coming back ( NO REPLY) I purchased the 3 day shipment and no tracking information received as of yet..!! AND I need my purchase in the next 2 days !!!! I should have read the reviews before wasting my money!!!
