Website said it was open. I went there and it isn't open on Saturday or Sunday. What business isn't open on a Saturday. People that work for a living count on business open on a Saturday

Very Unsatisfied! I needed to ship out 2 priority mail packages. The Post Office had already closed, so I called them to see if they charged more to ship them out then the post office, the woman on the phone said only $1.00 more. I got the there and she told me it was $27.44 to ship each one out, that the priority mail prices went up.we went to the post office this morning and the same exact box is $21.10. I called the lady back and told her that i specifically asked you if you charged more than the post office and you said $1.00 more. Apparently not true! I asked her if she could refund the difference and she said no that my packages already shipped out. I will NEVER go back! If i new they would be charging over $6.00 more per package i would have waited until Monday. How do you run a business when you don't even know the correct information to tell your customers!

As I feared, a prepaid UPS return package dropped off here Wednesday November 9th at 2:30 pm was stolen. I dropped off 3 packages to be returned to Amazon. When I asked for a shipping receipt, I was told "NO, we don't give receipts for UPS. Your UPS tracking number is your receipt". I've always gotten a receipt from Staples but this place insisted you don't get one. Well, well, well. The two clothing items in poly shipping bags were scanned into the UPS system and refund from Amazon processed immediately, HOWEVER the box containing a sapphire ring never got scanned, never got shipped out of this place and of course I've not received a refund! 3 packages handed personally to a female employee....only two were actually shipped! Where's the other package? I've no reason to believe anything other than employee/owner theft! DO NOT USE THIS DISHONEST PLACE! I'm out the ring that I returned and my money as the package it was in was stolen!

I've been using Thunder Mountain as my permanent mailing address for 3 years and want to thank Tracy for the great service. Always greets me when picking up my mail. Renting a mailbox is reasonable and she forwards my mail when I am traveling during the summer months. She will hold packages until I can pick them up. A big thanks for helping me out.

Absolutely worthless as far as postal needs go. No UPS services except for unopened package "return to sender", how do we know without opening it? AND they don't sell prepaid post cards, why bother? If you're going to advertise USPS or UPS then step up or step off......good bye wanna be's!

I wanted to mail a simple letter and this is what I got...
- The owner told me that Chase would charge me 70 cents fee if I spent $7.00 or less.
- After his failed attempt selling me one of his overpriced handbags, which come with a gun pocket, and his lecture that you can carry a gun in Arizona !!! Serious ? I just want to mail a letter !!!
- He offered me to buy a book of stamps for $ 10.80 to avoid the fee.
When I questioned the amount, he got irritated and suggested I would be better off going to the post office which I gladly did !!!
The outcome :
The letter was actually $1.15 and not $ 1.75
A book of stamps is still $ 9.40
AVOID THE BUSINESS AND THE OWNER UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF !!!!!

They're great people. Always friendly and know why I am there when I come in to check my mail. They also ship UPS and USPS, as well as many cool souvenirs.
