This used to be a fun place to go. Now it just as expensive and as boring as the Sarasota location. This location stopped carrying music as well, despite customers enjoying it. Whomever is making decisions at these Tidewell stores should be ashamed of themselves. They shouldn't even be called a thrift store at this point.

I’ve giving two stars instead of one, because they have a large selection, HOWEVER, the prices are outrageously high. Their prices are more expensive than antique stores. I looked through other reviews and this seems to be the consensus over the years and the store just seems to carry on. I guess someone is paying those prices but I’ve seen things I was interested in for higher prices than I can get the same item for online on eBay or Etsy. That’s just crazy.

Yeah here Tidewater Treasures the prices are a little steep a lot of assortments to use clothes women's clothes hats shoes blouses not a lot of men stuff here women's pocketbooks men's ties they have a lot of furniture used furniture prices are a little steep in here dressers bureaus books CDs used equipment used gym equipment used golf club Tuesday humidifiers use puzzles there's a big tank some Jim equipment Lotto Furniture a lot of lamps there's vases Chinese vases there's lamps cups lots of plates dolls furniture prices are steeper Mariners Furniture shoes clowns I don't know if it's all volunteer help for what they have here but there's pillows like I said before not a lot of men's clothes men's shoes so if you're a woman or some pocketbooks in a lot of women's clothes here to get the prices are pretty steep so I guess the price is in all these stores are starting to go up now

Finally got around to checking this place out. We were greeted by a worker and some wonderful AC. Store is organized and clean, and I managed to score 3 tops and a pair of leather sandals for $12. Not sure if they were having a sale, but the same amount of stuff at goodwill would have been at least $30.

I had never been inside this store, and as a matter of fact they'd been closed for several months it seemed (for covid that is). So when I noticed someone walking in, I was elated to go in and shop! I found many things I wanted, however the prices were extreme! You can find some bargain items if you spend some time looking for them. For example, I recognized some colorful ceramic dishes from the dollar tree that were priced at $3! I ended up finding a few things I couldn't leave without, also paid $3 a pc for some small baggies of mixed round glass gems because I really needed them when if I bought them new, then I would pay $1 a bag. But if you are looking for something special...you may just find it here! Staff was kind as well. I made these with some of my purchase contributing!

Way overpriced on everything. What a shame. They think by putting a typed description of an item that says one thing that someone going to a thrift shop would be willing to pay top dollar? No wonder you see the same items every time. So many better options in the area for thrifting. I stop in when grabbing lunch at the Indian restaurant next door or I would never go back.

I’ve been here numerous times and honestly have had very few good experiences. Prices are extremely high for a thrift store unless they have a deal going on. Our first time here, they gave us the incorrect amount of change and it took seriously 20 minutes and the people behind us in line to vouch for them to fix it. What really sets me off is how greedy some of the volunteers are. One of our pieces didn’t have a price tag, and I asked a worker what price it would. I was told a price, and the worker let another worker know. We go to check out and the lady at the register grabs another worker, who then accuses us of lying about getting the (men’s) shirt from the men’s section and that it was actually in the women’s boutique section so there’s no way it could be $6 Eventually the worker agreed it wasn’t boutique
