I really wanted to check this place out for the food, heard great things previously about their 1st location down the road. Once we entered the entire staff could not understand what we were saying, and they kept laughing & speaking back to themselves in Spanish when we were trying to communicate about the food in front of us. They had 0% customer service and could care less about treating another race like garbage. I myself am half Mexican and a life long resident of Sherwood, I would not recommend coming to this place unless you are of 100% Mexican descent, or only if you completely understand the Spanish language. The place looked very nice, well kept, but the non speaking English workers legit ran us off and laughed about it quite simply because we did not understand their own foreign language. Treat others how you would want your own to be treated ?

I had the privilege of meeting the owner, Mr. Lopez, and visiting with some of the staff on my 1st visit. Alejandro was so kind and gave me a great tour of the shop.

Super clean and looks brand new. The neatly stocked shelves are full of a wide variety of products. I was super impressed with the meat department and a very proud butcher. It's obvious that he loves his job. I was told that the foods prepared in the restaurant come from the store.

They make all of their bakery goods on site too. They also have a gift shop area. This business has been at 7725 Warden Road for about a year now. You can access it via Brockington Road too.

Add this to your must-visit list! Without a doubt, this will be a store/restaurant that I will visit regularly!

Super clean and a gem. They opened in 2022 and are a locally owned small business. El Valle has the BEST Authentic Mexican Food in Central Arkansas. DO NOT go if you want TexMex cause this isn't that kind of party. For my Arkansan friends that are scared to walk into a hole-in-the-wall Mexican grocery store/kitchen, this is perfect for you. This place is brand new as it was fully remodeled down to the bones. The food is delicious and affordable, they communicate well in English/Spanish and know how to properly treat customers.

Regarding the Kitchen, I was surprised at the fair pricing and large food portions from the kitchen. I found they have a daily special, a menu to choose from and many daily choices you can see and choose from. The daily is usually 4-6 different entrees to choose from that allear to vary each day. It's a full-kitchen so you can have them make you just about any kind burrito, bowl, sandwich, or plate. Really, just about anything if you ask

Regarding the grocery side. They have a good variety of imported dry and canned goods from Mexico and Central America that include but not limited to fresh baked breads, fresh desserts, freshly cut meat, marinated meats, cheeses, fruit, vegetables, beans, tortillas, candies, juices, spices, and beer.

They also have a small jewelry store and a bank that can send money to friends/family wherever needed.

Overall, it currently my favorite place to go for my authentic mexican food, for trying new things and I love the prices. I am still in shock on how affordable they are considering how price increases have affected things in the last 2 years. Definitely worth a shot!!!

This is a Hispanic store dream! So excited for the remodel! Everyone in the store is super friendly and knowledgeable! If you are in the area definitely check them out! And if not, drive out and check them out as well

My family bought some of their sweet bread on 6/27/24 and when we got home my mom and I split one and it tasted like soap. My sister tried a different one and she said it tasted like soap. Even tried a 3rd piece and still soap taste. Made me a little sick to my stomach. We returned to the store to explain and the owner took a piece from my bag and he and his cashier tasted it and they disagreed they didn’t taste the soap. He claims that is how it is supposed to taste. I wonder if they got use to the soap taste from working there. He refused to refund my money which is not a big deal. It was only $16. I just won’t go back. I don’t anyone else to get sick or waste their money on the sweet bread.

I can't believe this gem was on Brockington the whole time. Amazing Mexican market. The cheese, the shrimp, the veggies...so fresh and delicious.

This place is a Hispanic grocery store with a diner inside. They had all sorts of hard to find items in the grocery section and their food was delicious. Best, most authentic Mexican food we have had while in Arkansas.
We got the chorizo and egg burrito and chorizo potato tacos with rice/beans. Everything was delicious. We can’t wait to come back.
