Recently had to go in to do an exchange for my son. Milania was wonderful! She helped me with my exchange and made the process so easy. I’ve always had a great experience at this store!

Pretty poor customer service. I'm never greeted nor helped when I need it. They took FOREVER to have someone help me with finding a certain shoe in a specific size. There was only maybe 3 customers in the store and 5 employees just lounging around the cashier areas. They saw me waiting and decided to continue on with their 'I hate working here' conversations. I get it, retail jobs suck. I was in one for 5 years. If you want to talk about how crappy your life is because of this job, do it somewhere else... outside, the back room, in your moms basement... I don't care!!! Just not in front of customers. You're there to assist customers, not mope about life's continuous pains at the age of 17.

The pretty girl that helped me was awesome but I never caught her name! The store is clean and dressing rooms open.. they were low on inventory but that's to be expected right now. They need to carry more long sleeve XXL t-shirts.

Honestly the worst customer service I have ever seen. They basically stole my girlfriends money right in front of my eyes. They couldn’t process a simple return on a bathing suit. Tillys is the only company on the planet that cant give a refund on the card you purchased it on without a receipt. If we wanted our money back we had to provide the date of purchase and the exact time of purchase. We provided everything they wanted, proof of purchase, date,approximate time, card it was purchased on, even a bank statement, and bathing suit still had the tags on it. We received consolation prize of a gift card. So we can be forced to purchase something there again. In my book this is called theft with a smile. We will never shop at this store or any other tillys store again.

I came in with friends and we wanted to try on lots of clothing. There was maybe 2 other customers in the store so we were not taking up space from other customers. We began trying on clothes and employees seemed to want us to buy every piece and were visibly annoyed when we returned some pieces that did not fit or did not look good on us. They suddenly seemed to want us out of the store. Choose another store if you’re going to Chandler Fashion Center.

i was trying on a lot of clothes and i feel like they were forcing us to buy it all. the customer service sucks and all the workers are annoying teens. they were all rolling their eyes at us for trying on clothes, smh. i also tried getting a pair of checkered slip ons and the guy i asked totally ignored me. i waited 30 minutes and my shoes never came.

Tatum did the absolute best to make sure I can find a pair of roller skates in my size. This girl needs to be a manager. She went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. 10/10!
