Great service! Solid workmanship!

I noticed a nail in two separate tires on my two day old Tesla. Being new to brand, I inquired about utilizing the required lift "pucks" as to not damage the battery undercarriage. The manager Kayla was super helpful and explained everything. Kayla got me in and out within 45 minutes. The technician (Didn't catch this name) was super careful and didn't scratch or damage either rim. This was my first time there and it certainly won't be my last visit. Their prices are competitive. I never write reviews but Kayla and this shop is definitely worth mentioning.

I had the best experience here this week. Kayla, I believe that was her name, was awesome. She price matched tires and brakes for me and her team did a great job. She was honest throughout the process and communicated with me every step of the way. I’d go back and recommend my family any time. 5 stars!!!

As I was traveling through I had a blow out on the freeway. I initially got towed to firestone however their service writer was less than welcoming. I was then towed to your Diamond Bar location where your service adviser addressed our issue from locating our tire and transferring it in from another location in a timely fashion. Very satisfied with the service provided

Got a nail in my tire last night and have to drive 7 hours to Utah today. Searched up the nearest tire patch service and found this shop who opens the earlist in the morning (7:30am vs other shops open at 8 or later). Called the shop at 7:28 and Kayla told me that they would do the complimentary tire patch if it's repairable. Came to the shop at 7:50 and got it repaired by 8:30am --Was told that there were two nails on my tire and they fixed both of them for free in just half an hour!

Kayla mentioned that they are a full service vehicle shop except smog check, and they would try match Costco price for tires plus complimentary alignment service.

Great service with 5-Star rating! Thank you Kayla and the technician who helped my vehicle. Got a peace of mind driving to Utah today!

This place is on point, on top of it being convenient cuz of work across the street. The mechanics that work here really strive to do their best. Parts are typically ordered within the same business day if they have them in stock so I love how fast they work. Kayla is awesome and extremely helpful and honest which is great.
