Mannie was the Best technician i have ever had work on my truck. He is very knowledgeable, kind and patient. I was having a bad day and wasn’t being the nicest and Mannie still took care of my truck as if it was his own. He checked and took care of EVERYTHING. HE WAS GREAT. Tire Kingdom on New Haven are always so knowledgeable and helpful! They greet you with a smile and offer their assistance. Aubrey greeted me and offered to check on a screw in my tire right away. She was able to pull it out and confirm there was no leaks and sent me on my way. That is excellent service right there! It is the first place I go!

A not so fun way to celebrate the day after Christmas, is a nail in your tire. Thank you to Tire Kingdom for taking us before closing and promptly helping us fix our tire.

Aubrey and Franko were both very kind and accommodating. They answered the phone on first ring and got us taken care of right away. The store is spotless and they offered excellent, quality service.

Aubrey was the best. Everyone should have an Aubrey in their company. She genuinely cares. I caught a flat an hour before the store closed and they waited for my car to come in a tow truck so I could have my tire fixed. I’m from Orlando, the happened in Melbourne FL. Came here to the shop on N whickam. I came here on a whim cause a flat tire and they were amazing he even fixed my gas cap that hasn’t been closing. Amazing experience over all. 10/10 recommend

If I could give 0 stars I would. By far the worst company to ever deal with. The people that work there have poor training. Will give you a price do the work then double the price. There is no use of having a warranty on anything they never give it to you. I had 2 defected tires and said I would be covered with warranty, told me $420 for all 4 but I get there to pay it's over $800. I showed up for tires Saturday the day they said my tires would be there, but they were not there had to come back Monday to get them put on. Poor communication on everything.
