I dropped my vehicle off to have 4 tires mounted and an alignment done. When I picked my vehicle up it had a severe vibration that it never had before , I meticulously maintain my vehicle and it had never had a vibration since I’ve owned it every single piece of suspension including the axles are less than 2 years old , I took it back and was told that I threw a wheel weight and my vehicle was fine , I go to pick my vehicle back up and it still has the exact same severe vibration the kind of vibration that’ll rattle the fillings out of your teeth , I called back and was pretty much told it’s my problem now , I decided to look into it as I’ve been a tech for 12 years at multiple car dealerships and currently work in heavy equipment, turns out they had somehow damaged my rear axle resulting in me having to purchase over $1000 in parts to repair myself as well as put deep gouges in my aftermarket aluminum wheels on the back inside of the wheels and front outer lip from the tire machine and the front of the wheels covered in black grease/rubber from the tire balancer (photos after I had tried wiping off with a rag) as well as I had told them 3 times to align my vehicle to specific specifications due to having an aftermarket crossover steering on it and I still received it back not aligned properly , I don’t trust this company enough to ever return not even enough to correct their mistakes I will fix my axle and the damage to my suspension that the vibration caused and take it to another shop to have it aligned properly highly do not recommend

The manager, Adams Torres was exceptionally friendly and seemed to care about each customer. I showed up without an appointment and he fit me right in. The other assistant was very nice as well.

I had 4 tires mounted and balanced. It looks like they took a screwdriver and removed the old balance weights, putting deep scratches in all four of my expensive mag wheels. And also put scratches on them putting them on the tire machine I suppose.Really unprofessional job
I will never go back or recommend them to anyone. I couldn't be more disappointed. Wheels didn't have a scratch on them anywhere when I took them there. I'll take photos an post asap for you to see what they did to them for $170 dollars.

This is your friendly neighborhood repair shop. I stop in frequently for air refills or just a tire check and most recently to have my car checked out and they always have a happy positive attitude and service with s as smile! I highly recommend Tires Plus in Zephyrhills, Fl.

Waited a very long time for service and slso after they worked on my car. I even made an appointment. service person did not screw all the screws in the oil pan and it was hanging. My Son had to go under the car and put zip ties until we get screws for the pan. Oil change

My son went to get tires replaced. We had to wait for the tires to come in. We were waiting for them, and also had to have the plugs replaced. Waited for 1 1/2 hours. Another 6 customers were there waiting with us also. Tires Plus guy said he would order us a pizza lunch for being so patient for the wait. I thought he was kidding. Well, there he comes in with 2 pizza's, breadsticks, wings, and soda. He's like, okay guys, don't be bashful. Enjoy! These guys are the best, friendly, and explained all services to all the customers. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you so much. 3/29/24.

I called Tires Plus and told them that there was a screw in my tire. The gentleman said to bring it right in. He said it may take about 2 hours because they were very busy. It only took about an hour to plug and patch the tire. Very courteous and fair. I would definitely recommend this business and would not hesitate to bring my car back.
