Nice shopping place. I have not had a problem with the cashiers, but the manager needs to work on her customer service skills. One morning I came back to get a refund on something. I was the first person at the check out. The manager was the only person at the check out at that time and she helped me with such discontent. I mean if you don't like to work with people, help people, and be around people why are you there...All you have to say is Hi or Good morning or a smile, we the customers don't need your bad energy with all that attitude.

Went here this weekend to pick up some vacation clothes. Was able to get some good selections for the men. My primary gripe is that the Home Goods portion of the store is absolutely overloaded with merchandise that you can't even walk through some of the isles due to other shoppers blocking the entire walkway. If you're claustrophobic, I wouldn't recommend going to that side of the store. But all in all, a good location.

If you need something they have it just don't go before Xmas. All cashiers open friendly but a 54 minute stand in line was a bit much. Bought this for our jewelry store we own.

I’m constantly going to this T.J.maxx & HomeGoods location, as far as merchandise selection is good. I would suggest management to work on the customer service with the employees. I was in the jewelry section while 2 ladies were training a new employee the way they talk about customers is horrible, the worst I ever heard. I asked to see a couple of earrings the lady was so rude, it was sad ( I was always kind to her) by the way I wanted the earrings but ended up not buying them because of the customer service . I go to the cashier to pay, was not greeted or said thanks bye or anything. Please work on customer service every business relays on customers!

Shopped here multiple times a week since the day this store opened but I’m done now! It’s like a giant disorganized garage sale. You can’t get ur cart thru the aisles and if you pull something off the shelf something falls on you. I kept thinking it would improve but only gotten worse. The company sent a note saying they missed me! Ha!
Saw a shopper in Home Goods on YouTube and the store looked wonderful! What’s going on!?
I voiced my disappointment at Kirkland’s and they said so many customers had voiced their disappointment! Need new management!!

This is a great store, nice part of town. The lines are long but the days they have all registers open it moves fast! Home goods is great for all your home decor needs with Tjmaxx within the same store, there is no better shopping for discounted name brand goods!

Unfortunately one of the worst tj maxx HomeGoods I’ve ever been in. Service was nonexistent. Though I passed a few employees no one even said hello. Store was a mess and the line was so long even if I wanted to purchase something I would’ve put it back at that point. Bummer.

It’s dirty and unorganized. The employees talk with their coworkers, acting like they don’t want you in the store. Not a lot of good items either—it’s like the leftovers of other TJ Maxxes and HomeGoods have all ended up here.
