Well didn't get the phone I wanted bit I did however get a overpriced phone I didn't want and it was supposed to be a upgrade. And my monthly bill has now increased by $50 a month. Great experience.!!!!

HUGE shoutout to Brayden and Destini for making the process of switching carriers 100% easier for me and my husband. They made it their priority to make sure we left there without any questions. Brayden has helped up us from start and we cannot thank him enough. T-Mobile, you have the right idea of setting customer expectations. Me and husband are very pleased with the customer service, and the T-mobile experience. AT&T should learn a thing or two from y’all!

I can’t say enough great things about William Burnett (Bill) at the Muscle Shoals, AL store. My husband and I came to T-Mobile from many years at Verizon. From Day 1 he got us a great deal (55 and Over) and Buy 1 Get 1 FREE phones. He is such a nice guy and his IT knowledge is amazing. Yesterday I had to get a new phone due to accidentally leaving mine on the back of my car and it was obviously run over by an 18 wheeler from the damage it incurred. Bill got me fixed right up with a new phone and everything was backed up on iCloud so it all transferred over to the new phone. Today I tried getting into Facebook to no avail, so I stopped in and luckily Bill was working and again his brilliance and talent figured out how to get me logged in. Thank you T-Mobile for having such a great employee and… give that great guy a raise!! Thanks again Bill for helping a non techi lady get back on Facebook!!
