The worst, slowest pumps around plus the scanners never work. Also, when the scanners don’t work, most of the card readers don’t work either so now you get to try 3 different cards at 2 separate pumps then walk inside, stand in line and estimate how much gas you need so you just say $40 on pump 8. Then when the pump hits $39.75 it slows down to a snail’s pace while you painstakingly watch it tick up…Penny by Penny by Penny.
So what should have taken MAYBE 8 minutes to get a full tank is now over 15 minutes to get 3/4 a tank.
Edit……because I live right around the corner and the location, I had to return.
Of course the scanner does not work. Then the card finally reads but says “sale declined”.
I cancel, have wait again, re enter the card and receive the same message.
Note I’m worried so I look at my app and there are no problems so once again I get to walk in, stand in line behind 6 people, get to the counter,
Ask for $30 on the pump and let her know what is happening.
She says “oh yes, that’s just because of system doesn’t work”.
I ask why there are no signs on the pumps. She said it happens all the time and we never do that.
Wow!!
Once again…The worst station that I will always be filling up on my way home now so I never have to deal without their apathetic sheet show

Horrible pumps that go so slow. Also, spills over. I have been there multiple times and have tried different pumps thinking it was one particular pump but they all seem to be bad. Really wish this could get fixed.

Be mindful of pouring gas @ Tom Thumb located at 4600 SW 160th Ave, Southwest Ranches, FL 33331 ( Dkyes Rd./ Griffin Rd )

They're large display out by the road posting the fuel prices , read Diesel price at $4.39 a gallon.
I pulled up to a pump and started fueling up my vehicle. Only to notice it was charging me at
$ 5.39 a gallon . I went inside and spoke to the attendant who advised me only management could give me a refund .
She wrote down my information and told me management would be calling me

Worst gas station ever. Pumps super slow. Always crowded with trucks. Apple Pay never works. Total cluster. I think they purposely make pumps slow to try and get you in the store. That strategy did not work for me. Put just enough gas to get me to a properly working gas station

Prices inside the store are astronomical, a can o coke and two chocolate bars $11,50

The pay at the pump has an issue almost every time, forcing you to pay inside. What makes matters worse, is they are not good at managing the line as they all take there time and only one employing will be ringing up the whole line while others aren't doing anything. So you force people yo pay inside, but are slow to ring people up. Pump systems need updating.

The pin pads at the pumps are always buggy, will tell you that the wrong pin was entered or payment is not authorized, then you go inside and the sale goes just fine. Then I'm stuck with a prepay amount and the last $.50 takes forever to dispense. I've reported the problems many times and they never fix it. Its been YEARS in some cases, I avoid certain pumps I know won't take my card. I hate getting gas here and avoid unless I'm on empty because its so close to my house.

SLOWEST GAS PUMP EVER!!! It almost equals to an EV station.
Been going to this Gas Station for years, now they have a loyalty card option that they ask for everytime. You can't click on it so you have to sit and wait 30 seconds. Also now the pumps take 3 times as long as anywhere else. Never coming back.
