This store is a mixed bag. Lots of great products with pleasant and professional staff. However, they have only two cash registers, and they are extremely slow at processing checkouts. They must lose an enormous amount of revenue by failing to process transactions quickly. It is very frustrating when you have to stand in line for 15 minutes to buy a shirt. If they can improve their efficiency, they’re going to get five stars from me.

This place is great! And so was our server Brandon. We had a big lively group and he was the best!!! we had allergies and elderly and he was so funny and organized. We will definitely come back to see him and eat the good food

Love the Tommy Bahama stores. Started shopping at the store in Estero - Coconut Point when it first opened. My husbands still has many of the item purchased over the last 30 years because the quality of the clothes last and never goes out of style. I recently visited the store in Sarasota. Even though the store was extremely busy all of the staff went out of their was to assist. Love the store, love the clothes, love the quality - I want one of everything in every color. The new arrivals are beautiful.

Let me say this all of the employees at Tommy Bahama were just fantastic and friendly. Always very helpful and had great conversation with Dwight at the UTC mall in Sarasota. Just a great shopping experience. Go by and visit you will be happy you did.

Service has been excellent, and I am happy to find some employees that have been there for several years and know the stock very well; and know how to research what is not in store. I have worn TB shorts and shirts for years; they hold up well and look good for a long time.
