Not happy with service I was about to buy a wallet here I asked the cashier for the price. Lady at counter did not listen then asked if this was the only thing I wanted after I had asked twice for a price check. I asked if they had a new one because that had a slight mark on it she acted like why want a new one it’s all the same kind of tone. They asked me to step aside as they went to find a new one in the back. No one ever came out so I proceed to walk out the door. Terrible service and I would have been mad looking at the wallet any way if I bought it. Take that lady out working at this high end brand store please. I thought I was at some lower end store and not Tory Burch.

Other stores offer shipping to remote clients, this one straight up doesn’t. They also don’t pick up their phone very often. Tory Burch is a good shoes brand. Wish they would invest into serving their loyal customers better.

I don't know what happened, but my girlfriend bought a flat from this outlet. The store prepared the box at the counter and we cashed out straight. Returned home only to find the heel in this condition and our home is too far to return to the store. Do you sell used shoes? I can see that the heel side is clean. Maybe replaced or something.

This is by far the worst place to shop. Starting with the manager Victor Hugo he is the rudest unprofessional and a complete jerk. He doesn't even greet anyone and is standing talking to other employees instead of helping . i had no other choice but to look for the items myself and a drawer accidentally fell nothing in it and rather than asking if i was okay the idiot had the odasity to yell at me, and would not stop. I finally had to raise my voice and say "can you stop yelling, maybe if you where a bit more attentive i wouldn't of had to help myself "and he kept repeating himself like a crazy person. just rude and totally uncalled for. its no wonder why all the employees are rude and don't care to help .

The sale people are incredibly dismissive. I came in to buy a pair of shoes and left empty handed because it was more important for the employees to stand against the wall.

Visited this store in late June. I was not greeted at all, nobody offered me any help, employees talking to one another, no eye contact, I had to hunt down someone to help and he did his best to make up for it after I complained to him. I asked to speak with a manager in which poor Elijah tried multiple times to get the manager out to no avail. I still bought shoes anyways. I'd give them 0 stars, but Elijah was their saving grace.

Helen helped my aunt with a large purchase a few months ago. She helped me recently on a bracelet that was marked $89, but used her calculator and gave me an additional discount on top of that. She said that it was part of the additional 40% off jewelry event. Thank you Helen for always being accommodating and friendly! I purchased the leather Georgia sandals two years ago and they have stayed in excellent quality and condition!
