I loved everything about my car buying experience with Trez, 10/10 ❤️ I spent majority of my day at Toyota of Escondido haggling and them holding me, waisting my time. I left and went straight to Toyota of El Cajon where I was greeting by the sweetest sales man Trez. I already knew what I wanted to pay and what I wanted for my trade in. He made it happen and it was the easiest car process. I really appreciate everyone at Toyota of El Cajon! Specifically Trez in sales and Gustavo in financing! We recently had our service done in Toyota El Cajon. The service that we received was horrible and we didn't expect this kind of service from Toyota. The person that scheduled the service has no sense of professionalism and lacked on communication and giving us updates. They installed defective parts, and It took them over a month to do the service and it still wasn't done right. we went there back 3 times to pick up the vehicle and 3 times we rejected it because of the poor quality of work that had been done. there was no sense of urgency.. I finally had it! and decided to take the truck do the work myself. it caused us over 5,000 dollars for a job that was done horribly, we received an email that someone was going to contact us to resolve this issue but typically El Cajon with their communication haven't heard from them since. I would no recommend this dealership for any service they offer. LESSON LEANRED
