This is an older Florida motel but was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very nice and we were right on the beach and walking distance to Public's and restaurants. Has a nice pool. We were planning to stay 3 nights but stayed 5. Very affordable. If you want clean and affordable this is the place. Will definitely stay again

Last minute weekend get-away and this quaint little motel is clean, quiet, affordable and right on the beach. Publix is right across the way making shopping for snacks, drinks and things to put on the available grill super easy and bars, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance as well. Loved it! Will definitely be back again!

This old style beachfront Florida motel is quaint and relaxing. I found it very nostalgic and it reminded me of my youth.

The owners are friendly and nice. My husband had an unexpected hospital stay, and they worked with me to extend my stay, allowing me to stay in the same room at the same rate, and giving me a little leeway on the check-out time. I really appreciated their graciousness.

Beach front. Just rich out your door. If you’re looking for low cost, no frills this is definitely the right place. Owner was wonderful. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. I will be back.

We were recommended and we were completely satisfied with the service. It’s quiet and not crowded like larger hotels. It’s on the beach and the owner is fantastic. She’s super sweet. The room comes with basic necessities and it’s not even 50 yards from Publix. It’s location is perfect if you’re looking to just get away and not have to travel much. We were able to completely relax. Highly recommend.

Bring your family because everyone will enjoy. It's right on the beach and the beach is long, wide and clean. There are plentiful cabanas and beach fun for kids. The hotel is so close that it's easy to run back and forth for food, drinks or to check out the pools and hot tubs. We were a large family in adjoining rooms. There was a kitchen in the common area that was great with a young toddler. I think most if not all rooms have microwave, refrigerator, toaster and sink. The service was as attentive and pleasant as the best hotels in the world. Every employee we encountered said hello. It was the busiest time of year, but you could never tell from the service we received.

This is a sketchy run down motel I would never stay here. The old woman running the show was very rude, my husband and I were on the beach and we couldn’t find a hose to wash off so we went to use the only one we saw which was at this motel. The lady ran up on us and told us we weren’t aloud to rinse our feet off and told us to go find another place to rinse off. We weren't hurting anyone we simply wanted to rinse the sand off our feet. I will never stay here and I will tell all my friends not to stay at this awful place.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 8 days this past June. Roota the owner is super sweet and helpful. This place was amazingly affordable and for us being that we spent 95% of our days and nights out and about it at the beach we simply needed somewhere clean and convenient and somewhere that wouldn’t take a huge chunk out of our vacation funds. He’s stayed there many times in the past and while I originally wanted to stay at a hotel with a lot of amenities, after staying there at Trade Winds I will never stay anywhere else. The pool was clean and never busy. We felt like we were just at our own place. Her selective booking of rooms means you aren’t inundated with tons of people to fight you for parking and you have all of the benefits of the beach vacation without the big money spent. There is a Publix right across the street and there is direct beach access right passed the pool. All and all we had an amazing time and as long as roota is there at the tradewinds, she will have our business yearly! ||I attached pictures of the gorgeous sunsets you can experience right out of your window!
