Horrible Basket website has false advertising ordered a Mother’s Day basket that should have had Cheese crackers jams and sausages an actual gourmet basket and they sent a basket that just looked horrible filled with horrible candy and I requested delivery for Sunday and they delivered it 2 days before the day I had asked

I ordered special flowers for my granddaughters first baby and mother's day. I was told they had the flowers I ordered with a $100 min. They delivered the flowers and they were horrible and not even what I asked for. On top of that they charged my card $148!!. I am a floral designer and called them to express my disappointment. She was very rude and insulting to me. So I knew that I was never going to be asked how can we make this right for you. So I called and asked if I could canceled this on my card. They said yes because they didn't have what I ordered and they changed me way too much money. It was awful.

I ordered flowers yesterday for a funeral that was today and when I went to the funeral they were not
there. Traditions was closed today but they knew who I needed the flowers for because they were doing the arrangements for the casket. So basically I got charged $165.00 for flowers that weren’t where I needed them to be or when.
