Just a quick note to thank Shelby Langsdale of travel crafters for working with Brendan vacation for a once in a lifetime trip. With some mobility issues we went with the private chauffeur. Pickup and dropoff at each hotel as we traveled both Scotland and Ireland, at our own speed. Drivers both helpful and knowledgeable.

We went in for information about a Viking River Cruise and spoke to Shelby. She was wonderful and very helpful. She was able to answer all our questions and helped us figure out what we wanted to do and when. Stan the Travel Man is truly THE travel man. With covid and other circumstances we lost touch but so happy to be back in his professional fold. I think he knows everything about any trip one might want to take. Great service and attention to detail. You cannot go wrong with Stan the Travel Man! Staff members are also very caring and professional!

Stan the Travel Man is a lovely human being. Not only is he a top notch travel agent, but his friendly, caring, demeanor is just heart-warming, and very, very, very rare these days. I've never used a travel agent before; I always figured I'd end up paying extra. But I will be coming back to Stan at TravelCrafters every time I take a vacation. He's very knowledgable and he got us great discounts and upgrades!!! Haven't had such a pleasant experience with a professional in I don't know how long.

Stopped in TravelCrafters on a Friday and spend an hour talking to Stan, giving him all our info in regards to travel. He says he'll have some info that afternoon or Monday. As I don't receive a call or an email by Wednesday, I call him. Well, he says he had a medical emergency and that's why he could not get me any info. So, I spend more time giving him all our information again, and he says he'll get me some travel info that afternoon. Nada. Comes in late the next day from some company somewhere with one entry. ONE. What do I compare this to? What other hotels, airlines, etc., etc., are available? Give me a choice to choose from. Give us some different pricing. Nope. It's now been two weeks and no follow-up from 'stan the travel man.' Whatever. Typical (BAD!) Prescott service. After I called back to check on info the first time I spoke with Belinda, the other owner, and asked her to help us, but she put us off on Stan the worthless man, again. To bad. We will be traveling a great deal and I guess we'll need to find someone who is willing to do what they say in a timely manner. Laughing. All you needed to do was follow-up. But again, it's Prescott Arizona, the capital of lazy and bad service.
