I received amazing service from Trek Castro Valley. I had ordered a new set of carbon wheels and intended to install them myself. But after watching several videos, realize I don't have all the tools necessary. I called Trek and they said they had some availability and that I could just drop by. I came right in and they did everything to swap out my old aluminum rim wheels with my new carbon set. They even showed me how to do it along the way so I could do it myself in the future. I've been working with this shop since 2013 and have always had all my service needs done by them.

Efficient and honest business! Highly recommended for all kind of repair services for your bicycle.

My bicycle front and rear brake is not working, I tried to do the brake adjustment myself by YouTube tutorial but couldn't get it to work. They did the brake adjustment in about 15 to 20 mins, explained how they fix it, and charged me $19 for it. They didn't try to suggest me to replace the brake pads so that they can make more money, and I really appreciate that.

For comparison, the other store put me on their waiting list for the repair (because they couldn't do it on the same day), and quotes me $60 for the brake adjustment, and $29 for each brake pads replacement.

I have taken several bikes for repairs and modifications and I have never been let down. The staff is cordial and very professional!! Honesty goes along way with me. And they are honest and back up their work !! Prices are fair and they are not in it to rip people off. On contrary the help, suggest and even correct you if they have a better idea!! I will never go anywhere else!! And I Mean NEVER!!!!

Great experience buying a Stumpjumper from Eden cycles. They have all the sickest bikes. And if they don’t have your specific bike, they can find one, which they did for me. Fast! John helped me to choose the right one, then set it up to perfection. John answered all of my questions authoritatively and went through all of the bike’s features. Still blown away by the technology and craftsmanship of the Stumpy. Pricey, but every penny accounted for. Talk to John, get a new bike from Eden, hit the trails and your life will be better.

The Trek Dealership:
The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. Cool place to just hang out, there is so much room. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. Sad to see my buddy, Chris Padavana retire, however, nice to have it replaced with TREK.

Recommendation:
A small monitor with Cycling Video's or livestream events (TDF). Caffeine and Cycling Videos.
