I will be back again! I recently had my bike assembled at this location and couldn't be happier. The customer service was the best part of my experience. Brett the store manager was very approachable and well knowledgeable of any questions I had. I would recommend everyone to stop by and have them take care of you.

I've had the opportunity to have their service department work on my bikes and they have done a great job with good pricing and communication.

They were even willing to use parts that I sourced on my own and on brands that they don't carry, i.e. Canyon. They are friendly and are open later in the day and on weekends.

I'm happy to continue using and recommending them.

Purchased a DS3 from this location after much research online. The store held it for me for a few days while I was away for the weekend. When I came to the store to pick it up the Service Manager, Natalie was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful throughout the whole process. I just wanted to thank Natalie and the entire team at Trek. I have a 2017 fuel ex 8 and wanted to upgrade everything to make it like new. They were very knowledgeable on what parts I needed and changed out the crank and gear to all new sram parts. The bike came out absolutely amazing 🤩

My every first visit to this location. Jim did a really good job, I entered the building I felt I’m at the right place. Came today and got marlin 7 and coming back tomorrow to do some upgrades to my older bike. My wife is really happy to her first trek bike.Highly recommended this location to newbie and professional rider.
