Quality products, as well as personable and competent sales staff. When recently struggling with a decision regarding a new saddle and its significant cost, I was reassurd by Jade (store manager) that Trek allows a trial period… “if you’re not satisfied, you return the item and get your money refunded!”
By the way… my new “Selle Royal” saddle was worth every penny! Following a recent century ride, it was a butt saver! Now referred to as, The Glute goddess!😜 RIDE ON! 🚴

We recently went to the Trek store to look around for new bike, we were greeted very politely by Jacob who asked a few questions about how we might use a bike and he narrowed down a couple for us to look at. Once talking through the individual merits of the relevant bikes he offered us the chance to "test ride" a couple. So helmets provided off we went to test the different selections. I have to say the whole process was very easy and it was great to be able to go for quick spin, it really helped us select what was best. So a big thank you to Jacob and co for making this a very fun and pleasurable experience. The bike is now in my garage and being used.

Friendly and knowledgeable to patrons. High quality bikes and products. What stands out to me mostly is the friendly service. My Trek VR 2 is by far the best bike I've ever owned. Light weight and fast. Better than my Mongoose Expert that I had many years ago. The Trek store ordered a state-of-the-art bike alarm for me. It is literally as loud as a car alarm. They went out of their way to hook up my alarm to my bike. Really cool that two of technicians bought a copy of my book titled IN Too Deep. Really made me feel good about my book. Hope it becomes a best seller. I hope Trek Bike store continues to thrive successfully in our community.

I went in to have a tire repaired and told them I would be back later in day but they proceeded to tell me it would be done in 15 minutes. Outstanding employees with great customer service. Would recommend doing business with them. Dan

My experience was pretty sad. As a younger adult on disability, I had a few very simple requests. I understand their policies on working on electric bikes. My request did not include any, I needed two alan screws popped out and freewheel sprocket removed. I than asked if he could take a look at something and pull the top off, simple separation of axle ring stuck on a bearing. I was talked down to begin with being told “we don’t work on the electric bikes that are cobbled together”. He doesn’t what my bike is as I can’t bring it in physically. I paid quite a bit for my bike and you don’t know that if it’s not their bike you’re not worthy of their service or even trying to help. As a technical leader, to many every electric bike has proprietary wiring structures but consist of a pretty simple set of components. I am going to give you the run down because as he said “we have direct driver motors in the cheaper line”.

So you have a battery which connects to a controller, the controller connects to the motor, the lcd screen, the lights, throttle and brake handles. The motors they have are just like what I have and my wiring is the same until you decide to upgrade. I assume if you upgrade anything on your own they will bill obscenely.

Trek is by far a great bike, they are built well but when it comes to the E-bikes, they experience the same problems as many others.

I knew that my request was going to one of the service guys 10 minutes, I had the same thing done a week ago for free but accidentally put it back on. The two screws were almost drilled out but I didn’t have the right tools.

He made it sound like it was going to take a day, so I offered $20 tip to give it a shot, of course I got a message before I made it to Lowe’s. I wish he called and let me know “he could no longer continue the service” but he finished the basic. I only asked him to look, he had to put the wheel on a vice it would have taken 1 minute to use the right tool to pop the axle out. The motor was being used as Regen and being replaced, I don’t have the strength nor do I have tools available.

$53, to spend 5 minutes (probably), talk down to me vs help me, or try to find a solution for a battery connector, a basket, new seat, and other items I was going to purchase.

Jeremiah, at the very least I did try to have you add the tip even though I didn’t want to, I hold my end up I guess you held yours. Just realize the way you speak to customers end up online.

Friendly, but I did not get my issue resolved. I took my bike in for a tube that was not holding air. They replaced the tube and charged for labor. Two weeks later it was completely flat again. They said the valve was torn from inflating it wrong. I had not inflated the tire since the initial repair. They were going to charge me for a new tube again but I stated I hadn't done what they were claiming I had, so they waived the fee and gave me another tube. A week later, it is completely flat again after only two bike rides. Once again, I have not inflated it since the second tube. What was I charged for the first time?

Very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly! I rented a road bike for a local race and the guys were really helpful and courteous. Will rent or buy from them again.

I had my bike shipped to the Vero Beach Trek store they reassembled it and tuned it up. Good Service and customer friendly. I did have to book in weeks in advance for this service as this was in November busy season. I will be sending it home after my 3 weeks in Florida
