Horrible customer service and SLOOOOOW! I mean 3 months slow, I mean paying for a box and having to report them as fraudulent to my credit card company after 3 months of not receiving my box slow, BEWARE!!

I have been very disappointed in Trendy Butler's service. When I received a pair of pants that were too small, and I jumped through all the hoops required to make an exchange on July 17th, I never received the replacement pair of pants. When I inquired about the missing pants, I received a reply on September 9th that said "Upon checking, we have received your returned item and exchanged will be added to your upcoming monthly box!" I was unimpressed to learn that my returned item had apparently been sitting there for weeks, but Trendy Butler's staff is so disorganized that they did not realize it until I inquired. Even AFTER all that, my September box arrived and STILL did not include the replacement pants I had been promised. This debacle, on top of the fact that several items I have received have not been my style at all, have finally prompted me to cancel my subscription.

Trendy Butler subscriptions are a bit like paying someone to grab random things out of the Marshall's discount bin for you. Everything is awful, and they pay very little attention to your stated color or style preferences. This is just a way for them to offload clothes no one well buy at a mark up to people who like subscription boxes. I've received four boxes from them (accidentally let it rebill after buying a three pack) and have not gotten a single item I would actually wear.

So, what I love about this company is that their clothing fits my body type and preferred style (at the same time, for once). I can also return things i don't like without a problem, and i don't have to shop endlessly at a store/wait in return lines when i can just mail it back and get something else. Pretty cool
