Terrible customer service. Came in looking for a leather jacket. Most of them were cracked or peeling. This store has been here for over 25 years and it doesn't look like they've taken care of their inventory ever since. One of the women working there was pacing around behind me all over the store as if I was going to steal something. I don't think they'll last very long once the large department stores get built.

I never write reviews but this place had such terrible customer service the owner and a short lady with dark black hair were so unwelcoming and rude. I wanted to see a white shirt that was in bag and I asked if it was possible to take out since it was the last one in that size so my brother can try it on they said no so I asked for the return policy. I’ll I got was “exchange”. Like within how many days? Is weeks months? So I asked if I buy it right now and it doesn’t fit I can exchange since we need it by tomorrow. The lady laughed and said in an angry, rude tone to the older man well just let her she’s going to exchange anyways. At this point me and my mom were mad because of manner they acted, Not professional at all me. Not only that but we were being watched and followed by the lady like we were going to steal or something. We were going to keep shopping but only bought what we came for. This is me second time shopping here and got treated the same way.

I visited to check out the sombreros. The ladies were perfectly helpful, but the male manager/owner was dismissive. I asked if they hemmed jeans, he said yes. I went ahead and handed over my expensive denim, not wise. He returned them in worse condition them I left them. Don't go here for anything other than buying something of the shelf.
And they answer the phone like you called someone's home, not a business.

Purchased some boot on a Monday for my nephews birthday the first time he wore them on the following Sunday for the first time they fell apart the leather peeled and the whose some came off ,, went back to try and get my money back they were very rude and also blamed my nephew for tearing up the boot which was imposible because he only wore them to church ,, called the “Manager” very rude response discriminated is I from of the clients very unprofessional and really bad quality merchandise.
