Hands down one of the two best places in Central Florida to buy shoes.
When you walk in here it is like family, they welcome you to try all their comfy, running snd walking shoes.
Both ladies are super knowledgable.
Make sure to give your phone number, coupons add up over time.
I always feel like they never steer you wrong and it helps when the staff actually wear the shoes they are selling.
I can't wait for next year. New shoes for you and you and you.
The other place is Track Shack, there you have to make sure you get the old timers, to help you with needs.

I have gout and plantar factious. So I need staff who listen, you can find them here at TriRun hands down and even leave with a nice hat and shirt.

After trying to get service at Fit2Run in Disney Springs, we decided to go local and so glad we did. I've lived in WG for decades and never been to Tri & Run. I didn't catch the name of the lady who helped us but she spent so much time understanding our needs, history with running shoes, and goals. She patiently introduced us to many styles and we eventually spent $500 on shoes. She really knew her stuff and didn't pressure us to make a fast decision. Sales through education and service seems hard to find these days so I really appreciated this experience and will definitely be back.

After walking past it for three year, I finally went inside after starting to look into running again after many years. Jerry at Tri & Run was welcoming and shared great knowledge and views on running even for the very beginner. I had looked up a fair amount of information and been advised by a few people, including a doctor, but it all seemed to come together with Jerry.

He studied my walk and brought out three of the most comfortable pairs of shoes that I had ever tried on. I have had nice shoes, however, the attention to detail and his understanding of my feet, my height, my walk and my weight has built my trust and my businesses here.

Sometimes a shoe can feel good, but is it really the right shoe for us? I believe that Jerry has an amazing understanding and selection to match. I have found the place and the person I am trusting feet to for a long time to come.

If you are running, getting back into running or even questioning if running is for you, consider stopping by and seeing Jerry. The difference in the right shoe might make the difference in the experience as a whole.

I walked in and was looking for a new pair of shoes and was told to check them out. A older pair that I assumed were the onwers made sly remarks about me wanting a higher mileage shoes as well as sly remarks over the fact that I wanted to ensure that I could continue to get the same pair of shoes for the next 1000 of distance I will travel. They respond with judgemental to questions rather than curiosity.
TLDR; Rude, judgemental, and don't take your questions seriously.

I went in after a guy and the workers there were very rude, dismissive and condescending towards him due to him asking for a new pair of shoes because his old one were worn down too quickly for the rating which they claimed that most shoes only had a rating of 500 miles and kept repeating that and glaring at him as well as mocking him it was very rude and demonstrates that they don’t know what they are selling because there are shoes that are rated for 1000 miles

Walked Into the store everyone was so friendly .
I’m really not a fan of the new shoes like Hoka all these big cushion shoes but Austin was very patient. He worked wirh my girlfriend finally found a pair for her ! New Balance! Really really knowledgeable. Super patient. The owner Jerry knows his stuff as well !! Great store !!
