Hands down, the best service encountered in the past 6 month, visiting and researching the purchase of a hybrid bike for leisurely strolls around beautiful nearby trails. First and foremost, I made ample visits to numerous cycling retail stores and willingly ready to pay up to 1k but ...what made this place standout is
1- unparalleled and superbly attentive service from Laura
2- customers who were at the location bragging about the attentive service received even while servicing their bikes.
Yes, the place is very small and limited to a few models but not only sells bikes they also rent a few. The bike I ended up purchasing was quite similar to comparable bikes by Trek and schwinn, but truly it is the attentive, kind and pleasant service rendered that made the entire shopping experience worthwhile. They also sell shoes, helmets, bike gadgets, seats, anything bike related in terms of accessories you will find. Give them a visit if you are not tied to a specific bike and trust me YOU WILL NOT be disappointed. Thank you Laura, you will see us back even if for a simple hello.

I came in looking to buy with several questions and Laura helped answered all of them, walked me through the different bikes she thought would fit my need, and let me test drive any I was interested in. It was extremely helpful in finding a bike that was perfect for me.

Even after purchasing, I came back with a question about hooking up an accessory, Laura not only answered the question, but taught me how to do it myself. I will definitely be back for any maintenance and highly recommend this shop!

This place has excellent service! I was eating at the Cafe next door, and my phone holder had broke. So, I went to this cyclery and the lady behind the counter quickly found me exactly what I needed. She made sure my phone fit, and made sure to get me one that didn't flop around. I was in and out in only 15 minutes, with a phone holder that works perfectly. Thank you!

They are simply awesome. We recently moved into the area and needed our bikes fixed up. Mine is a bit of a vintage from the 80s I think, they made it look like new. Whoever the crew is, I am sorry I don't know their names, they are doing an awesome job, very genuine and much needed. and, by the way, I love my bike.

Came in to get a flat tire fixed. Service was friendly and quick! Had the bike back to me in less than 2 hours. They communicated with me via text to get confirmation on a couple things before they replaced the tire and they also cleaned up my handle tape without me asking. Really appreciated and glad we have this small business in the neighborhood! My go to place moving forward.

Trinity Cyclery is the best in Tampa! I have had the best service with them that I could not get from other bike shops. I decided it was time to upgrade and I bought a new bike from them. I highly recommend them!
