Had the best experience at Trinity Jewelers! They were incredible to work with and made my dream wedding band a reality. My engagement ring was custom from a different jeweler which made it difficult to find the right shape to match the curve of my ring without doing a custom ring. Michael took my inspo and made it a reality and a perfect fit to my ring. The custom ring process is amazing. They perfected the design in just two 3D prints and the end product was a perfect match for my ring. The entire process was quick, service was excellent and I can’t recommend them enough!

If you are looking for a jeweler who is efficient and who you can trust, go to Michael and Maryanna at Trinity Custom Jewelers. Maryanna was so helpful when we brought an old necklace in for a repair. She managed to get the part ordered for it and the repair was completed so that we picked it up just a couple of days after dropping it off. We will definitely be returning to them for any future jewelry repair/purchases!

I had a handful of pieces worked on by Mike, some of it very custom. He really listened to what I wanted and explained the work thoroughly! I could have not asked for a better outcome! Mike performs amazing work at a reasonable price. And Maryanna his wife, the brains of the operation (haha), is the nicest person you could ever meet. I highly recommend Trinity Jewelers!!

I had A LOT of family jewelry that I wanted to have made into more modern settings. I brought it all to Trinity Jewelers and started with the crisscross diamond ring and the flower pendant. I sent pics of a ring I liked and Michael made it into a one of a kind for me. I also gave a silver flower pendant and said make me one in white gold and add one of the larger stones to the middle. I love them both and wear all the time. After a few months, I decided more of the loose stones I had needed to be placed and sent another ring idea and earring ideas. That is the second ring in the pics with 5 stones on top and the ornate prong setting underneath. It is absolutely stunning. I love all my jewelry and am planning on making an anklet with the last remaining stones I have here at Trinity Jewelers. Service was great and never had any issues with communication or otherwise.

The kids and I tried creating a perfect mother's day ring for my wife, took it to three different jeweler's and each one of them couldn't get it right. Something was always off and the work just subpar at best. They don't care and you're just a number to them or another sale$$. That is NOT how Mike and Maryanna run their business. Trinity Jewelers is built on TRUE old fashion customer service and quality! No wonder they clearly are the best at what they do being in the area for over 19 years! DO NOT trust your jewelry with anyone else, not only did they make the ring look better than it ever did, they fixed other jewelers work. So glad I found them right before Christmas so the kids could give this to mom on Christmas morning. Thank you again Mike and Maryanna, we are customers for life now!

If you’re looking for custom jewelry, I highly recommend speaking with Michael at Trinity Jewelers. My now husband had a diamond set in a band for my engagement ring, and together with Michael, we created the most beautiful wedding band to fit my engagement ring. He took my preferences into account and made a perfect customized piece. He also customized a necklace to set a diamond I had, from a photo I provided him. Excellent work! Michael and his wife, Maryanna are kind, professional, and helpful.

This is the very best of family-owned businesses. Michael and Maryanna (the owners) are so hands on, responsive, and customer-oriented. We decided to do a civil ceremony in quarantine when our larger celebration was postponed, and we needed wedding rings. Having never shopped for rings before, I had no idea how to size us, what we might like, etc. I sent Michael pictures of the ring designs we liked, and he overnight-shipped a sample of rings (we live in NYC) and in various sizes for us to try. We’d ultimately go back and forth with ring samples three times to optimize for sizing, but he still got us the rings just in time for our civil ceremony 🙂 and he sent a custom-designed necklace from my mother as a surprise. There were days where I spent hours on the phone with Michael and Maryanna, who both patiently walked through ring sizing and design aesthetics with my husband and me - that’s excellent customer service, plain and simple. The funny thing is, I really could not find this kind of service at any of the jewelers or upstarts here in NYC. They just don’t pay as much attention. If you’re ever thinking of ordering any kind of jewelry, whether simple or custom, definitely talk to Trinity Jewelers.

Absolutely LOVE LOVE my custom ring which I picked up this morning! Michael is truly an amazing artist and I can't thank him enough for his design advice and hard work in completing this for me. I've incorporated my diamonds with my mom's diamond and will be PROUD to have it passed down through our family..what a beautiful treasure! Thank you so much Michael!
