I got hired for Troc at&t retail specialist out of Walmart in Colorado springs Colorado. I finished my training on the 20th. I worked 2 days in store and got informed we was being let go due to contract issues with at&t. This was a huge inconvenience, unprofessional experience coming from this company. They had the job listing on indeed, proceeded to hire ppl for stores only to fire us a week after training. Total waste of time. HR there didn't give a damn im assuming cause they still have a job so why should they. But being a unemployed single male and to rely on this job to be let go in this kind of fashion I encourage any1 who applied for this job or even gets a interview to pass and look for better more reliable opportunities. A company that won't waste your time or money and have such lack of empathy they put me and im sure others through. Worste company I've ever been apart of even If it was just a weak. Such lack of communication and leadership here I now know what only being a number to a company feels like cause that's all we was. Hired on the 17th of March 2025 let go March 18th 2025 only worked 4 days with 3 being training days. Just horrible. Some 1 needs to reevaluate the business plan they have here. I'll never recommend or work for such a company again.

I have never in my life had such a difficult time trying to get ahold of someone. I have yet to recieve my husbands w2 so we can file taxes. I have called 10 plus times per day. Emailed, and filled out contact form. This is so unprofessional. Theres no way to get the information we need. When i talked to accounting department because they finally answered the lady said she gave my information to payroll. Still waiting for a call. Or contact. This is absolutely obsurd. They told my husband they mailed them out before end of january. Beyond frustrated.

my son worked for this company and they never sent him a w2. I have been trying to call them for days and they don't answer their phone number in any department or extension. What company doesnt answer their phones ?

I was with a T-ROC rep at the Walmart in Lutz Florida, for over 3 hours changing my T-Mobil service to AT&T with a guarantee that they would match price the contract that I held with T-Mobil.($118.85 monthly).I went home and found an e-mail from AT&T stating my first bill would be $392.06 first month and $198.65 for each month after. So I called # the rep. gave me. Surprise no answer. So I went to Walmart.They told me that they had no clue as to when a rep would be there. Also they told me this was not the first time a customer was told they would be there and no one there. Walmart made a call and was told they would have a T-ROC rep, there in a hour. 3 hours later a rep. shows up. He made a call to AT&T to straighten out this mess, he also told me that he was going to lie to them to make this go faster. I told them I wanted a contract to fall back on. After an hour he came back and told me that he had it fixed and my bill was only going to be $15.00 more a month. I told them that's not what was agreed to and I wanted to out my deal and stay with T-Mobil. He then told me that I had to come back tomorrow because he did not have the time to fix it today. This is not a bad reflection on Walmart because they tried to help me. But be aware of T-Roc. Scammers and liars.

Terrible terrible terrible company my house had a gas leak so I had to take the day off for an emergency. Pablo my supervisor asked for proof so I gave it to him next day in the meeting I hear “guys let’s try not to call out.” Don’t even waste your time with these people go somewhere else.

This company is never one I'd recommend working for, they claim they want you to grow within the company but it's all a lie. My wife worked for them for just under 8 years. She moved up a little within the company, breaking her back to get where she was and then could go no further due to her manager she gave her all the work of a team lead but never the title or the salary of said title. She belittled my wife along with many of my wife's team members, she talked poorly about my wife to other staff and told them she'd never be a team lead as long as it was up to her and yet had my wife doing everything a team lead would do. My wife took many courses including joining a mentorship program to help build her skills and knowledge and still got nowhere until one day when she and several other staff members were pulled into a meeting and all fired with no notice. Then wanted them to sign a contract to get the lousey $2000 severance pay saying they quit their jobs and also included an NDA. My wife refused to sign though everyone else did. They tried bribing her to sign with additional money, which they ended up giving her without signing because she pointed out that they were bribing her to get their way and that wasn't legal. They want their employees to stay quiet on how they treat people which is why they have an NDA in their separation contract. To them, it doesn't matter how management treats you, how toxic your work environment is, that you work yourself almost to death to try and succeed with this company. None of that matters to them. You're nothing to them and it's perfectly obvious in how they treat people. Don't ever think you have job security with them. Said manager has been reported by several people and she still has her job. Everyone was to scared to speak up due to the fact they didn't want to be fired. Now when you're trying to speak up, they try to silence you with an NDA. Well, we won't be silenced, maybe others will but aren't those people. We won't stop until my wife has a fair settlement and said manager is no longer employed with the company. This is just the beginning.
Don't waste your life here, they set you up to fail.

Was working for them for about 3-4 months within the northern Florence area. Aside from communication being off, my management team was one of the worst I’ve ever worked for. They don’t communicate properly with the team about scheduling, they change it whenever and contact you last minute, they lack respect due to their high egos and when respectfully confronted about the issue of respect being given to employees just as it were given to management, I’m suddenly fired for “creating a hostile work environment.” HR was also dismissive and quite rude. Don’t waste your time with this company, they don’t respect you.
