I love this place! If I’m not near the winder location I come to the Auburn location! They are both amazing! They always have the best products And the best employees (aka Amber)! Amber is always super nice and informative. She is great at recommending products! The stores are always clean and all the staff members are nice and helpful! (Sometimes if you’re lucky they will have cute little animals you can play with!)

I don’t know his name but he has red hair and a long beard; great customer experience. Sets a very welcoming atmosphere and really cares about what his guests want. The way he talks he seems to be very passionate about his job and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

Went to the Winder location and am so happy I did! Cloud 9 used to be the only place we would go, now that is Tropic. Their prices are unbeatable and their employees are far more knowledgeable about each and every one of the products they have on the shelves than any other store we used to frequent. Best customer service EVER at a shop, mans waited until my card worked, did not say a thing to me for holding him up instead he had conversation with me and showed me devices that I might like. BEST SHOP EVER!!
