My car got hit in the parking spot. The mold in unit 22 was very bad .I have pictures. The stove is broken. The big burner goes to high at 1. The pans are warped. The bed is not good if you are a heavy person. The A/C is very good. Bring toilet paper. The pool is great and the beach is nice too. It cost 3.00 per load to wash and dry. The refrigerator is very cold .

The location is great. Place is quiet. They don't tell you how incredibly uncomfortably small the bathroom is. The ice machine isn't working. You get 2 towels for the shower and 2 for the beach. If I would have known I was going to have to pay $6 a day on you of the cost to rent just to have clean towels then I would have brought some with me. The original ad I looked at promised me the world but none of it was there. We messaged about it and they said there was nothing they could do and just stopped messaging. 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels for the whole week. Had to go buy laundry supplies, toilet paper and paper towels. When if it would have told to me i could have brought everything i needed. Went in the office and she was not very friendly. $3 to wash $3 to dry and I am staying for 7 days on top of $1400. AND upon check out u want me to pay $3 to start washing the towels for you? The bathroom is so small my husband who has back problems couldn't get off the toilet. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because it is clean and quiet. Will NOT be back cause you could disclose this information and don't promise me stuff on one website but not deliver

Accommodations are so conveniently located to the beach, boardwalk and attractions of Treasure Island. The hotel is clean and the residents are welcoming to travelers. Alison, the Manager, is very helpful and attentive to the happiness and comfort of the guests. Note that the rooms are a studio, but the trade off of location, amenities and the beach access make it a great choice. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

This is our first time staying here and it was a wonderful time. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating. The grounds are neatly kept, clean and very pretty. We love the beach but there is also plenty to do on the grounds because they offer swimming in a warm and clean pool, a recreational room with games, a pop machine, an ice machine, microwave and lots of tables. They have books to take and read during your stay, grills and shuffle board. Our room had everything we needed, was clean, updated and had amazing views!! We love visiting Treasure Island and finding great resorts to stay in. Tropic Terrace has made the top of our list!!

Room is smaller than it appears in pictures. Our rooms were clean. Needs new pillows and maybe mattress. Poor lighting, bedside table lamp needs work. However, we enjoyed our stay and got used to all the above. Loved the walk to the beach and the garden lady was super cool!! She was very helpful with all our questions. Pool area was very nice! We loved the plant life!!!

We had a wonderful experience at Tropic terrace #22. The unit was clean and well appointed with everything we needed and more. We loved the extra tall bed for storing our empty luggage and having beach chairs and an umbrella was not expected but was a wonderful surprise! The bed was super comfy, although the sheets & blanket were a bit scratchy for my liking. Not a deal breaker by any means! The hotel was quiet and there seemed to be quite a few people that come and stay for a month at a time! Wow! What a wonderful experience that must be! Also, a lot of people that have been coming back to this hotel for many years. That says a lot about the place too. 🙂 Everyone we encountered was so friendly! The other thing that made this stay so nice was having a keypad with an easy to remember code! It was nice to come and go without worrying about a key.

We stayed for 5 days in #44 and we loved it! Everything was very clean and up to date. It was the perfect space for 4 people. We will definitely be booking again in the future! The walk to the Beach is easy and the pool on site is the perfect size for kiddos to play in. The complex was quiet and we never had any issues with being disturbed by any other guests. #44 had some extra beach stuff left behind by previous families like beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach umbrella which was really nice. And there were also some beach towels provided! The location is great! It's so close to all kinds of things, including just a few minutes from John's Pass. We will definitely be back again!

My mom and I had a wonderful mother daughter trip to Treasure Island at Tropic Terrace! The unit was clean and nicely decorated. Proximity to the beach was amazing. Parking was so easy. The pool was clean as well and there were a lot of lounge chairs. The only negative part was there were several other people staying at the condo who were loud after quiet hours. Obviously, there is nothing the property can really do about this. Overall wonderful stay!
