We purchased granite and marble from Tropic Granite, and are amazed at the price compared to the 7 or 8 other stores we went to the day we purchased. They have all the same materials as their competitors, but less than half the price of some others. Our new lab counter looks great, and we look forward to buying more in the future.

Tropic Granite has been in business a long time. Ok have purchased tile and quart for multiple projects and am always pleased with the product and communication. This laid back business has all the different styles and patterns that will have your head spinning on decision making. Worth the visit if you need countertops, tiling, flooring needs.

Inez was an unbelievable help with our tile selection. Their installers were polite, impeccable, worked non-stop until they had a perfect floor. I would recommend them to anyone who needs tile installation. We are going back for the granite counters we need. Excellent customer service and care.

The store was 2 weeks late getting the granite installed. When they did install the top, they did some damage to the kitchen cabinets. They also do not clean up their mess. The place was covered in granite shavings, mud, and everything else they used for the installation. They also left without completing job. The window seals were not installed. The guys left and said they would be right back and we have yet to hear from them (that was a week ago). We have tried calling the store and they won't answer the phone or return our calls.
Worst vendor I have dealt with ever. Please do not contact this establishment for anything. It will just be a waist for your time, money, and patience.

They broke the slab in 3 pieces, tried to hide the repair from us, installed it, then want us to pay for replacement. Terrible customer service. Shady business. I can’t believe a professional business would do this.

Tile Stones and Granite have the worst service I ever seen. They do not deliver for what you paid for. They broke my granite and told me tuff and I woud need to use tile for a back splash. I paid for granite backsplash and they want me to use tile when they broke the granite themselves. What kind of business is this. To everyone who is looking for granite. Do not use this company. There are too many to choose from.
