1st purchase was great, but the second one was HORRIBLE. I ordered the Spanish Limes | Mamoncillos | Guineps | Quenepas Box and the taste was awful. I sent an email to customer service and all I got was a cookie cutter response (copy/paste). Anyhow, not ordering from this place again. It is so aggravating to order something and be disappointed and then get a response that makes the experience even worse. I just don't understand how people run businesses.

I'd give them zero if I could. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. The fruit was rancid when it arrived. This was after waiting weeks for them to get them on. I was not advised after 2 weeks.... until I pestered them thinking what is going on. Then, there were no updates and no fruit until I pestered again. I'm still pushing for a refund, and they are dragging their feet. Do better. There are many opportunities in your operations and customer experience processes for drastic improvements and many tools available for you to do so.

I was VERY pleased and delighted with my order! So far I have made fresh guacamole with the HUGE Avocados that were delivered. We also cut into the pink glow pineapple which is super juicy and delicious! WOW! The dragon fruit went into our chobani yogurt and we ate a miracle berry fruit cube 1st and it was SO good! Next I want to get my hands on some Soursop fruit! Thank you again for a wonderful experience for my 1st time ordering. I have already referred some family and friends. 🤗

About 2/3rds of the fruit arrived rotten, moldy, or overripe. I was assured they would honor their replacement policy but it’s been weeks and they have still not made it right. Now they are ignoring all emails and calls. Horrible way to run a business…use a different company! I’ll give them one more week to replace my dad’s Father’s Day present or I’m putting the order in dispute and making a complaint to the bbb.

Update: the owner did send out a new box but didn’t necessarily replace all of the bad fruit from the 1st order and never included what the box was described as. Still disappointed, but at least this box wasn’t rotten.

I have never eaten the yellow dragon fruit before this …TikTok made me buy it! The shipping was quick .. well packaged and omg the taste is so fresh! I ate one and placed my second order for a bigger box
