My first ever visit to Trulieve was the Englewood Fl location. My second was to Venice, Fl. Wow, what a difference in a bad way. I felt like I was inconveniencing the bud tender the whole time. Instead of explaining what their process was, I found myself being told what not to do, where to stand, don’t touch this, etc. Nasty unwelcoming disposition towards the patient. I only got my new customer discount because I had to insist. I left feeling like I was a criminal. I’m sure not all staff are like this here but mine was. I’ll exercise my freedom of choice moving forward.

I have spent close to 1500 dollars at there stores, there rewards where not adding to my points, they will not give me my points when they can clearly see my purchases. Said I can file a complaint and get 10 %, which that I can not add to other deals they have, I will not be shopping at trulieve, flowery has way better stuff for the same price, and there rewards pay more, I will not be going to a company that made that much money off me, all there people told me for months there system is messed up and it will correct itself, By Felicia

70% of the employees are extremely helpful and great, the other 30% you have to beg to check something in the back, or they’ll just say “we don’t have that” like they have the entire inventory in their head at all times. Don’t need to respond to me, won’t change anything. It’s my experience. Roughly 30% of employees are not nearly as good as the others.

I wish I would have got the employees because she was amazing. I don't live in Venice but was visiting so this isn't my usual dispensary but I was very impressed with all the employees. Keep up the amazing job, folks!

2024: much better wait times now. Staff are just as nice as always and very knowledgeable about their products. Savanah was a great help and fun to chat with.

Slowest dispensary I've ever been to. Not sure why they take walk-ins before online orders either. "Express" isn't very express when the wait time is only 2 minutes less(what was listed on the screen) Had I known it would have been slower for me to do an online order than a walk-in I just would have come in. Never coming back here that's for sure.

Edit: Express is now a longer wait time than walk in. What a joke....

Absolutely love thisTrulieve. Excellent customer service and professionalism. Savannah is very knowledgeable, thoughtful and kind. Even gifted me with a very cool T-shirt/ball cap. And of course the product... Superb quality. Best Sativa flowers I've had in years. Highly potent. Highly recommended!

Placed an express order. Watched as a dozen customers came in after me and were waited on first. ? What good is express won’t be back.
Also wasn’t the first time I’ve had this express problem here. Needs proper management have been there since when they opened the franchise maybe that’s the problem. Damn disrespectful way to treat a sc dv.
