This was my friends go-to dispensary when they lived here a couple of years ago. Well, I finally got my card a few months back and have been trying different places, and this was next on the list. I'm really sorry to say I was pretty disappointed with how I was treated service wise, mainly by one employee. I don't think anything will really be changed by this review, but if I could give advice to future customers ✨️ORDER AHEAD✨️ They seem to treat you somewhat better if you do.

A dispensary of this standard should be able to serve 4 patients under 30 minutes.

I feel bad for the employees, there seems to only be two employees on each shift. Trulieve should feel shameful how they treat the backbone of their company. Do better Trulieve.

Watch for Tattoo fingers, and the manager my only guess is underpaid, and overworked there's obviously video of them being rude, and obnoxious once they feel the customers has too many questions. But they don't care as if there the only dispensary in town. Tattoo fingers told me she didn't have to serve because I had multiple questions about my discounts available. I told her I didn't have to buy, hope these women get a raise.

99% of the time this place is awesome, today not so much. Watch out for tattoo fingers, she’ll short you what you’re owed. Had a special running today, was denied buy both tenders even though it was obviously qualified. Hope their day gets better, would suck for other people to get ripped off too.
