Dustin at Trust Honda went above and beyond for my husband and I, as did Jerry and Dennis. This was my first brand new car and they did not disappoint when it came to outstanding service. I will be recommending everyone to Trust Honda. I LOVE MY CR-V. When the sale was complete, Dustin put a pretty blue bow on the car to enhance the joy I was already feeling. What a prince.

What can I say.. you can definitely Trust Palmdale Honda for all your Honda needs. Their customer service goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. I went into Honda on Saturday March 1st and purchased a 2025 Honda Civic Sport. The sticker price was 27K and I test drove the car and was super excited for my purchased. I came out feeling defeated. They came out with the purchased price of 33K before tax and license. I was told that the Door Protection $1295, Vin Etch $1295, Elo (GPS) $1595 and Ceramic coat $1895 were all standard for Civic now and they are placed on the new vehicles when they hit the lot. 6K worth.
I went into finance and signed the contract on a small little Ipad. It was not until I got home when I read my contract and 3/4 items were listed as optional (AKA I didn't have to get them). I feel complete played, and they guys probably laughed and were excited on how much they get to cash on a commission for my purchase. They call them self TRUST Palmdale Honda. Yet they are quick to get over on a single mother. When I called in and spoke to a manager I was asked well did you refuse to purchase the item. No I did not because I was told they are not standard and I needed to purchase a new car.
So be warned I wish I would have known prior to buying you can refuse it and tell them you want to purchase a vehicle that has not arrived yet on the lot and that is your way of getting out of 6K in extras. Not to mention that it doesn't even cost them 2K out of pocket so they scored 4K off of a single mom.

I’ve been to many dealerships in my life time for different reasons, I actually found that trust Honda Palmdale have a great staff that are willing and able to work with you. My wife and I had a good experience from Juliet our sales rep. to Steven one of the managers, to Dennis the finance guy. The whole process was quicker than we usually go through, and everyone was very friendly. Thanks for everything trust Honda Palmdale. These are Forsure the helpful Honda people. Amazing purchase experience! I wanted to buy a gently used Pilot long distance, including delivery. Dustin and sales manager, Jerry, were up front with pricing info. Jerry was fair with negotiations and made the online process SO easy. My new pilot was delivered less than 24 hours after we started talking.
I appreciate a business that honors their advertised prices, puts the customer first, and deals with integrity.

So we walked back in after we got told they are able to do a lower price to where it would be available in my prince range. They promised $5,000 off the car and then did not give us the discount, and the payment they offered was still $200 plus over a monthly payment. On top of that, they told us 10 mins and 2 an a half hour later we were still waiting. This place is a joke and use some place else.

I wish there was 0 stars option, the worst experience and the worst finance managers trying rip me off for the second time, the first time I "purchased" a car was trusting them and when I realized it was Leased with really high payments and $8k worth of extras nothing in the vehicle not even floor mats on a 2024 Civic, now on Saturday I went to ask for help on fixing this issue and they tried to pull up another SCAM on me with pure lies. Please stay away from this dealership go anywhere else but here, I am definitely reporting them and also will be talking to my lawyer
