Great mall so nice to walk around outside. Lots of nice stores and outsoor seating available. Also a decent food court.

I love the vibe at this mall. Outdoors with fresh air is just great. The shops are always having great sales and deals to offer. Open air shopping I feel leaves everyone in a better mood. Visited many shops and found more than could have hoped. Take a stroll and check this place out! Stop in the courtyard for a break and enjoy the vibe!

Just went today with the family and am so glad this place doesn’t look like a ghost town anymore! Only like 1 spot was vacant and the rest were well stocked and staffed. Lots to do there now for families with kids. They have a crane machine spot, 5 Below, and Calendars toys. I’m glad this place is an option for a fun outing on days off.

Great stores. Plenty of seating. Several nursing lounges and family restrooms which can use a little more cleaning/maintenance. But, very clean overall. Wish there were more food options in the food court. But, a great place to hang at even if you don't plan on shopping.

Went on a Sunday afternoon, this place is a ghost town only 4 fast food restaurants with bad food. It was as dry as the Sahara here, no life, the seating areas are worn and falling apart, the plants are burned and dying. It's hot even in the shaded areas..they boast ceiling fans that only work in some areas, there is no misting systems to cool you off. And the one water feature I saw looked like it had died. There is absolutely nothing exciting here...there is no premium here at all. Go at your own risk, typical mall same stores where ever you are from and yours is probably better. They need to go to Tempe Market Place or San Tan outdoor mall and see what a real outdoor mall is like.

I came to check out the AFW that's being built . That place is huge... And they are open to the public? Grand opening Memorial day weekend! Can't wait!!! I even got this tote at the Home & Garden show in Tucson!

Premium?
I would like to know where the premium is at this outlet mall.
For most of us, when we hear premium, we think of an excellent place to be. However this outlet mall was not even close to the spectrum of Premium. Unless premium is judged on a sliding scale.
Non the less, this rating for the amenities, quality of outside seating areas and over all comfort of my wife and I.
The food in the food court is substandard at best. My wife ate at the Famous Wok, Chinese "American" version of food. The orange chicken looked like and tasted like a 5 year old child would have made it, minus the gummy bears and Skittles. The chicken tasted like the lab grown meat in California. Needless to say we threw it away, inedible. The Sbarro's pizza was the next logical option, though dry and some what edible, this is justified by the 1⭐ above. We never went into any of the shops, so I can not comment on those. But due to the lack of care with the food court seat that are torn and in disarray, we left as fast as we could.
We won't be back here again.
