This place is atrocious, i went in their to use the “rewards” app to get a free item with my purchase but after putting in my mobile number as directed to by the reward app, the item wasnt free and then the stoner behind the register was arguing with me saying that it wasnt a reward at their store…. Dont think you can screw me for over priced and expired items… hahaha i can just got to walmart for a way better deal

Normally I always have great customer service from this store. However today I went in and as I got to the counter I assume it was a manager(female, really short hair) was sitting on the floor at the safe. I thought she said hello to me so I smiles and said hi back and was met with a glare(she was on her cell phone, I didn't know this) the cashier came up and was friendly. I asked if they had my cigarettes in the back and she looked down and asked the manager. The manager then said no I don't think so, the cashier asked if it was open so she could go look for me and the manager said "no and I can't leave here". I've been a manager for 20 years, customers always come first. You shut that safe get off your damn phone(cause it was a personal call, I heard the conversation) you get off your ass and go look. Customer service should ALWAYS be the number 1 priority in any retail setting. If she's the store manager then good luck Turkey Hill cause you're gonna lose a lot of customers during her shifts.

Working an overnight shift and stopped at 3 am to get gas, use the restroom, and make a purchase. Sign says open 24hrs a day, I see an employee standing in there but the door is locked.

I like Turkey Hill for the deals they have on the drinks I like as well as typically able to grab my flavor without being disappointed that they are sold out of the ones I like. I come here on occasion just to get the dill pickles in the bag, they have grab and go snacks. Plus where else would you want to go if your looking for their ice cream which is delicious and most important the Turkey Hill Iced Tea! Can you buy their tea and juices elsewhere? Yes but why would you want to go elsewhere if you are nearby.

This is my least favorite Turkey Hill bar none. They are consistently out of pretzels. I asked the cashier if she could get me one. She said "no problem" and then went out back for a cigarette break. I had to ask someone else. They did a "bait and switch" on their Diet Green Tea price. I got to the checkout and they charged $3.39 for a gallon when the label said $2.39. The manager still did not give me the labeled price. The one positive about this Turkey Hill is they do server pizza and sandwiches.

Trashy, dirty, nasty place. Burnt grease on hot dog grill 3 days straight, over flowing trash cans, only saw one employee handling customers and the phone ringing off the hook. Only good thing, tea was on sale.
