Unfortunately it Unprofessional and unorganized I was in town visiting family and my truck broke down and decided to go to the service center, thinking it was a professional environment. They gave us a timeline of four days did not follow through. And assured us it would be done knowing our circumstances need to be done by Monday, not only did they NOT complete the job they been giving me a run around for the last 4 days. And still being serviced as I'm writing this review. When we showed up the service department it was empty with no one to give any information, I ask for a manager, all he could say is that there working on it. And that the service director shouldn't have gave us a time line, the most frustrating part was I would have never wouldn't have service here if they would have gave us a realistic time frame, Would not recommend for any vehicle services.

This is one of if not the WORST service department I have ever dealt with, took my pickup in for an oil leak and to fix a problem with the fuel tank, dropped it off at the service department on 11/6/24 didn't get it back until 12/3/24. The never called me that entire month to offer any updates or estimated time for the work to be done. The only time I heard any news was when I stop into the service department, cause they would never answer or return my phone calls. So once I got my pickup back, the fuel tank issue was not fixed, same problem as when I took it in. So made another service appointment. This time the only took a week to fix the problem, I hope, as I have not tired to fuel the truck yet. The service manager said it appeared someone shoved a red plastic cap in the fuel neck, although he didn't say it out right he hinted it was me. My response was their mechanic probably failed to remove it when the neck was replaced last month. As stated before the WORST service department I have ever dealt with, recommend going to anyplace but here. I have already filed a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair for maintenance they charged me for that is not required on the year and make of my vehicle. Their service advisor is rude and tries to blame their terrible service on the customer, Adrian should not now or ever be involved with customers. I doubt their mechanics could fix a wheelbarrow probably on the first try.

Shitty place to get your truck serviced! Never again will I bring my truck here again. My appointment was for 9 am and I waited 30 mins for someone to check in my vehicle for service. The staff is rude and no one acknowledges you standing there at the front desk. It’s like you are a ghost. They absolutely don’t follow what it says on the wall when you enter the service department. If I could, I would give them 0 stars.

We were in the market for about 6 months and finally found a beautiful 2022 Ram Big Horn at Turlock CDJR! After inquiring about it on Auto Trader, we instantly got a response via text from the dealer to set up an appointment to go see it.

Kyle was our salesperson and had the vehicle ready for us upon arrival. He was very friendly, approachable, and professional! Never felt pressured and he was able to answer all of our questions. The vehicle, itself, was super clean, exactly as pictured, and smelled great too! It met our needs for our family, and then some. The price tag was really affordable, especially in this economy.

Kyle was a true pleasure to work with. His patience, communication skills, and efficiency was top notch, especially when it was time to start the paperwork. We had our very tired, fussy toddler with us and Kyle still provided exceptional customer service, working diligently to finalize everything in less than 3 hours. We shared lots of laughs and stories and actually enjoyed our car-buying experience. We got an excellent deal and are now ready to hit the road to enjoy memorable adventures!

Found the car I had been searching months for at this location. Staff was great and very helpful. Kyle was the salesman I worked with which he was very friendly and super respectful. The staff was also very informative and not pushy at all which helped me feel comfortable with my purchase. After searching for my car at multiple different dealers I can say that this location is by far the best one. Great warranties and great deals would recommend to anyone buying cars in this line of product.

I went to this dealership to end my lease and purchase my vehicle. Jerry was great and helpful; he made the experience as smooth as possible. Everything was great until we had to finish up with Michael, the finance manager. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. We did not want to purchase the warranty, nor the Gap insurance and he was not happy about it. He let us know we didn't know what we were doing. We tried to tell him there was no need to be rude and to just carry on with the transaction. He stated he didn't care it would be our problem in the end. I let him know I had a bad experience with his service department already and go somewhere else for maintenance. He kept being rude and I asked him to call over his supervisor. His supervisor did not seem to care at all. It was a truly awful experience. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here. Hopefully they can change their attitudes and treat their customers with respect.
