Great prices and quality merchandise; however, consigning has become much more difficult and time consuming over the years I have been a customer, so much so that it isn't worth it anymore. Very long wait times. On a seemingly slow morning, I was 5th in line and it was more than an hour before the clerk even called my name. But she had over 15 minutes to sit and just chat with a customer- without multi-tasking. Disappointing and frustrating... where's the customer service?

Not always the greatest attitudes when greeted in the back consignment door. Also there is no notice or info about them not accepting items within two hours of closing. Could easily be added to website or hours listed on building.

Warning: They close their fitting rooms well before they close the store so don't even bother showing up an hour before closing. At other locations I've seen them close the fitting room at 15 minutes till which is understandable. This was such a waste of time. A courtesy heads up would have been great especially since a majority of the store is clothing.

The lighting in the dressing room is terrible and it's probably due to the wall color. The clothing is very tight on the racks at times making it difficult to find specific items.

It's always a fun place to shop
