I really enjoy shopping at Turnstyle! This one in Tempe is fantastic too! Great place to get clothes, furnishings, and shoes. Some of my favorite shoes and boots here. You do have to come often to find your treasures!

I LOVE this store. I don't think I have ever visited without purchasing at least one item. It's neat, clean, organized and very well-run. And great deal if you bring in items to sell.

They have good quality clothing, kitchen dishes, etc. and furniture. They are way too picky about clothing for consignment.
I brought in a pair of Skechers tennis shoes, & was informed that there was some dust in the shoes....

UPDATE TO A PRIOR REVIEW, I'm afraid I can no longer give this place 5 stars. To preface this, I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I went here last week to consign some items. I called ahead for hours and the associate told me the consignment hours that day were until 5:30. I arrived there at 5:15 and was told that "we stopped consigning early today" and would not look at my items. I was upset to say the least, as it's a 30 minute drive for me. Consequently I wasted an entire hour for nothing so was pretty upset. In addition, they made no apologies for giving me the wrong information, and only gave me excuses. I told them that their recorded information also stated consignment hours were 5:30. If the hours VARY by location/day, they need to CHANGE the recorded message, as I'm sure this has likely happened to other customers. Finally, they did NOTHING to keep me as a loyal customer, so I will no longer be returning here I'm sorry to say.

Also, scrolling down the reviews and this issue HAS happened to other customers before...

I have been consigning and shopping here for over 9 years. In the past years they have been great! They used to have great customer service, clothing options, and household items, purses, etc.

After today, it’s unlikely that I’ll ever go back. I have never been treated so rudely trying to consign clothes. I showed up yesterday (on a Saturday) after double checking their consigning hours online. When I showed up there was a sign on the door that Thursday and Saturday are by appointment only. So, I loaded my car back up with my clothes and went back today instead. I called to make sure they were taking walk-ins. I got all my stuff out and walked up to the door. Today, there was a sign that said check in before bringing your items in. Since I was already at the door I figured I’d check in, then just take the items back to the car if need be.

Upon entering a lady yelled….and I mean yelled across the room while waving her hands at me, “Did you not see the sign outside, you’re supposed to check in first!” Everyone in the room stopped and looked up. I was caught so off guard by her hostile response that I almost turned around and walked out. I told her that I had indeed saw the sign yesterday when I showed up regarding appointments on Saturday and was there for a second time since they failed to post their correct consigning process on their website.

Against my better judgement I stayed and waited the 45 minutes to consign. I looked around and it was if the place had turned into a complete thrift store. They were selling shoes with the soles falling off, sweaters with holes in them, and pants that had stains all over them.

I seriously have been shopping here for almost a decade! Never again will I go to a place where I am yelled at, spoke to in a condescending manner, and provided with junk to purchase. I’m not sure if management changed but they better take a long look at their customer service because they just lost a very long time loyal customer! I hope they see the sign for themselves!

Grumpy. Especially the girl in the intake area. You get the feeling they're talking about you. Many associates on their phones/ you have to ask for help w jewelry. Rings unorganized and hidden/price tags in the way etc. Finally met a nice gal who was helpful. But had to wade thru 3 grumps to get to her.
