Bad service from the assistant manager of the place, she did not explain to me the regulations for purchasing a weapon and gave me an invoice where the information for the order of the weapon appeared and I arrived today to pick up the weapon and never placed the order.

Thanks to the staff, they explained the situation to me well since the assistant manager did not. Excellent attention from the staff but the assistant manager Grahaan very bad attention.

Went in, saw a safe for a good deal. Go to buy it, they’d mislabeled it. I said “ok where’s the safe that costs this much?” They didn’t even have that safe.

They just mislabel stuff hoping to make a sale lol. Super shady stuff.

Chris the store manager is exactly what I expect from Turners.

Dude was hiding in the back? Bro lead your store from the front. Be on the sales floor.

Shoutout Jessie at the gun counter. Super helpful and informative. I ended up leaving with more than I planned on buying after he helped me understand the benefits of certain accessories. Will be coming back often.

Turners in Salinas is an amazing store with a wide selection of firearms and gear. The staff is exceptional and very helpful. However, I noticed there are many restrictions for buyers who don't reside in the U.S., which can complicate the process. It would be great to see more options for international customers. Overall, a fantastic experience!

There's always a new face working here... weird. Anyways yea another negative customer. IDK what it is with this place but they are all miserable or legitimately want everyone to have a bad day. Apparently they're the laughing stock to all the other turners. i don't understand how they stay in business.

Worst Customer Service ever. We went to Turners to get refund on a gun that we purchased back in Nov. 2023. They kept giving us the round around, stating they didn’t have any record we purchase it . So, my husband and I had to show bank statements for proof of purchase to Jason( manger) and the paper work that we received from them. So, then he agreed for a refund of 200 and he had a receipt of a 58 dollars that he said, we won’t get back and said, we will get a corporate check sent to us. Waited a month and nothing. So, we went back asked for the manager Frankie who I spoke on the phone with, so as they came to the front, 3 other managers were with him like a posse for a refund of 150 that my husband and I were fine with because we were done with that store. It’s is very unprofessional for a group of manger’s come all together to approach a customer thats unhappy with their service and stare you down as if my husband and I committed or going to commit a crime.Then Frankie starts a conversation with my husband with street like approach for a being a manger. Turners need a whole store make over with managers or send your mangers to classes for communication skills and how a customer or just humans should be treated. This is a place of business not “The Streets”!

DO NOT BUY A GUN HERE. You’re better off driving a few hours to somewhere that understands how to run a business rather than wait 2 hours to be able to look at the guns and then wait another 2-4 hours when you go to pickup. What a joke! When I arrived to pick up my already purchased guns they were on number 55, 1.5 hours later they were on 63, 2.5 hours later on number 66, with 3 guys working behind the counter! I waited over 3 hours (listening to a group of employees laughing in the break room) before they got to my number, which was only 20 past the number they were on when I arrived.

They need to have one employee dedicated to pickups and the other two can deal with all of the people who want to look at 20 guns and not purchase any. Their system is ridiculous. It is broke. They need to fix it. Either limit the amount of time each customer has with a sales representative and/or have one person dedicated to “releases”/pickups! The manager, Brandon (who was hiding in the back the whole 4 hours I was there waiting to pickup) isn’t any better than the sales people. He said, “if you don’t want to wait you can go somewhere else, all of the employees are new.” Really? Sounds like an issue with management if you have that much turnover and you aren’t on the floor helping your team. I would have much rather gone somewhere else, unfortunately my purchase was already made. Don’t waste your time here. It’s a mess.
